  • This house was abandoned and an eyesore for the neighborhood. I drove by it a couple of times before finally deciding to clean it up. I spoke with the neighbor right across the street and she said that the last time she saw anyone even check on the house, it was snowy. That's saying a lot as it was 106 F when I was there.

For anyone who saying 'oh what is the point?', the point is that this man here is making his town a better place. Judging by this video the city is not doing its job and not a single neighborhood is willing to sacrifice their own time to make their neighborhood a better place. This man did. I know he will get good money from youtube (it gets 1M views) but I say that is a well deserved.

A little judgey. It’s not about time. SB has the tools to do this job. These neighbors likely don’t. Also, let’s not randomly judge how people spend their time. People have busy lives and an empty homes lawn care might be a lower priority than one’s job or kids or family.
SB has professional lawn care tools that get what could take days done in hours. If SB was using a push mower and some non-electric pruning shears he wouldn’t be doing this.
Also, for every property he helps the city has hundreds more to help… at least. Let’s all be a little less judgmental.

Spencer, on a vacant property like that one was, I don't blame you for limiting the clean up to the back yard. I wish you would consider wearing a face covering on these types of yards, since there is an awful lot of dust when using your equipment. You did a very nice job for the neighbors!

Best not even get involved and allow every property owner to do what they believe is best. Even if it’s just properties like this, people will do what they can to get money from the city. This happens in court with basic small businesses too so you know it’ll happen if there’s a chance to sue the city.

Another gem. You’re the Michael Jordan of these types of videos. And my own lawn looks 10x better since I started watching. Thank you!

Such a lovely transformation... Thank you for your service to the community. It is for the safety of the neighbourhood as well. Having such abandon place is an eye sore as well. Keep up your good work

You did an amazing job on this lot! My dad used to do lawns in the afternoon and we go with him and this was so relaxing to watch you do! Seems like squatters were hanging out in that back yard so it's nice you cleared everything. Amazing job!! You are so amazing!

Great Job. Backyard was a Disaster with too much junk out there to mow. But surely is better than it was. 😊💕

Spencer, you do such a great job cleaning up these neglected properties. Just a caution: Be careful when lying down on weird futons. You don't know what's possibly living or peeing in it or on it.

Great service for the community. You made the whole area safer for residents and the police. Fewer places for bad things to happen unaware. Thank you so much for making your corner of the world a better place. It matters!

yes face masks during these clean ups are best, and I always wonder why the neighbors on either side of houses like this don't at least mow half of the front per person...it would be better then just letting it go , but this one looks 100% better then it did! Good job once again Spencer!!!
