Spencer, I'll suggest this one more time. You always tell us to stay tuned to the end to see the before and after pictures - and then you cover them up with all the adverts. Maybe make the adverts smaller or all on one side of the screen because we can't see what you are most proud of.

Weeds, scrub trees and brush must be slow growing in that area. Looks about like 1 to 2 years of over-growth for Missouri. Day lilies in the flower beds were not too overgrown. Maybe neighbor fudged a little on time. Still a great transformation.

I agree. Sometimes it’s better to keep a house in such bad condition hidden. It might have been better to trim around the fence and cut the yard but leave the shrub-like plants around the porch and along the front. I’m not sure I would want to look at that house if I were a neighbor.
