The Azov Brigade (Same name they've always used) uses the skull & crossbones of the SS, and the lightning bolt all German servicemen had on their uniforms from the 30's to the mid 40's. It's just a purely Ukrainian one so he gets away with it. And you forgot to mention they gave Nazi a medal. Putin's Peace Proposal, June 14th 2024.
Key points from President Putin’s proposal for a Peaceful settlement in Ukraine:
1. Russia will immediately cease fire and declare its readiness for negotiations after Ukraine withdraws troops from the territory of the new Russian regions
2. The second condition for negotiations will be a statement from Kiev abandoning its intentions to join NATO
3. Russia also needs a neutral, non-aligned, nuclear-free status of Ukraine, including its demilitarization and denazifaction
4. Our aims are not for a frozen conflict but for ending it completely
5. Baseline agreements regarding the peace settlement must be formally recorded
6. Russia also proposes sanctions be lifted at that point
