    I just started Jill, I need these beginners practices!! I feel I need to keep my core engaged all the time, is that correct? Also did you say i need to keep feet flat to avoid cervical pain? Thank youuuu! You are the best xxx

      keep your feet relaxed and push into the mat by activating the thighs - bounce on the rhythm of the music - you need to push and then pull the legs back up towards the chest - we call it shock absorbing - so your legs act like springs. Start slow... and work up
