What distinguishes your video from others that make rebounding content is that I feel truly informed after watching it. Thank you for giving us the need to know details and showing examples of how we can make adaptations until our bodies are ready to continue. I'm getting pretty excited about buying my first trampoline.
Thank you - I am passionate about Superjump - its been my mission for the past 15 years and a lot of research and on-hands experience has gone into what I'm telling you
Found you a couple months ago and you have been my favorite rebounder teacher with all your 'old' videos. I'm excited to see you may be doing more new English content.
Hi, thank you for the explanation. I would love to see a full workout routine for those of us who experience incontinence and want to work towards full jumping. A routine to follow along every day would be great. Maybe even stages 1, 2, 3 or something like that. 🙏 I am really hopeful that one day I can jump with no issues. I would love that as I really love jumping.
Thank you for this! I just got a rebounder and was doing it all wrong. I am so glad I found this video to give a good start. I am 52, peri menopause, with bladder prolapse and just want to get stronger and live my best life.
THIS was SOOO INFORMATIVE!! I wish I knew this years ago when my body was smashed up from a car hit as a pedestrian!! Medical Professionals kept telling me I had instability in my spine & other joints but no real solutions. Regardless of what activity I tried I keep experiencing flare-ups in various injured joints stemming from the spinal damage whereby I've been in a frustrating cycle that never allowed my body to progress sustainably. I'm hoping this will help my core & spine!! Thank you!! I'm sharing with my new mom friends too!! Would love a core & back bounce workout to fun funky music!! 🙌🏼🙏🏼👐🏼
as you're bouncing you are technically training every cell of your body - so it is stabilising your core and back always - otherwise you would fall off the rebounder.. An osteopath told me that he found my trampoline helped his clients improve their posture - because you simply cannot jump without good posture
Thank you so much tor addressing the menopausal and pelvic floor usong the rebounder! I just began my rebounder journey, an menopausal and have overactive bladder and leakage problems. So far, I have tried pelvic floor PT a few times with minimal to no results. I am an active 70 year old and I am hopeful! I also have osteopenia. and a knee problem. Ive been trying to take it easy on the joints with low impact. Thank you again!!❤
Definitely try to train the pelvic floor like I descrive in the video - and I personally stop my urine flow 2 or 3 times every time I go to the bathroom and it really helps
This was so encouraging! I'm 11 months postpartum and it felt a little strange to start rebounding. I now know that I need a few weeks of prepping before I can really "jump" in on regular workouts. Thank you for this video!
Thank you for this information. I love your energy and positivity! I’m in menopause and never had leakage problems after kids thank goodness but I do have bladder urgency and feel the need to go a lot especially when rebounding. I’m new to it about two weeks now and definitely feel the call to urinate but no leakage. Hope this will improve my pelvic floor health the more I do it!
It will definitely help strengthen the pelvic floor - especially if you add the ab exercises in the first few weeks lying down on the rebounder helps a lot
Hi Jill I always love your video's and I am an active jumper thanks to you! Can you please explain in one of your following video's the difference in calorie burning with trampoline and other sports? E.g. how many minutes jumping are equivalent to how many minutes of running or else? Thank you!! You're the best...of all trampoline video's on youtube!
Hi Jill so glad to find yr channel. Is yr laying down technique safe for organ prolapse too? Please do reply as I have this issue. Thank you Jill. 4:00
I think shoes are better for posture while bouncing with my more active techniques... if you're just bouncing to lyphercize then okay... but the risk of socks is slipping... at that point it would be better bare foot or with special anti-slip socks
I would be really careful about big bouncing... soft bouncing is really useful as well for stimulating lymph flow and muscular tone... but you need to approach this slowly
you should try to jump softly - an osteopath confirmed that rebounding helps to align the spine because you can't maintain your balance without good posture - plus you should try my Quantares Life bracelet - it immediately helps your posture
I've bought one thank you, I look forward to giving it a go! I've also got functional leg length discrepancy (I'm working on it! 🙄) is it still OK to Rebound with that? Thank you 😇
I started rebounding 2 years ago after cancer. I was loosing weight until a year ago and I just hit a wall and started gaining weight instead. Turns out I have hypothyroidism. Do I just keep jumping even though I’m not losing weight?
Absolutely - if you stop jumping your metabolism could slow a bit more.. have you looked into reducing stress and cortisol levels they inversely act upon the production of TSH, and could help you lose weight, green coffee extract helps and probiotics and adaptogenic herbs
I’m in menopause. No leakage but that feeling of urgency and pressure when I jump. Also I have a bcan rebounder and it’s very stiff. I’m finding it hard to get the bounce going on my back. Is it possible it’s bc the rebounder is so stiff or I’m just that weak?
its most likely due to the stiff matt - although the pelvic floor is also needing some strengthening... don't give up. just look for the right mix and interrupt your urine flow every time you go to the bathroom start stop start stop start stop (without pushing outwards) it really helps
In the first stages as the connective tissue is lax and weak its normal to have a period of extra leakage when you bounce- the same for jumping rope... it will definitely not be the best at first- but you can regain control of the situation, remember that the body always responds to stimulii- that is why I tell you to bounce for a month only on your back to strengthen and condition that connective tissue before bouncing outright....
Thank you! More videos in English please!
They are coming!

Hi Jill
This is the best most informative rebounder workout and very very encouraging. Ive gained 15 lbs this past year and am postmenopause
stay bouncing - it really is the best way to stay in shape after menopause
Thank you for this! I just got a rebounder and was doing it all wrong. I am so glad I found this video to give a good start. I am 52, peri menopause, with bladder prolapse and just want to get stronger and live my best life.

Hi Jill so glad to find yr channel. Is yr laying down technique safe for organ prolapse too? Please do reply as I have this issue. Thank you Jill. 4:00
The best way to help the prolapse issue is to train lying down on the trampoline and working the abs... for at least 4 weeks
Dear Jill thank you very much for yr reply which means a lot to me. God bless you Jill and thanks again
Getting to this late, but please more english language videos!
will do
Hi mam I’ve been using socks on the trampoline. Is it the same as using shoes or shoes is important for pelvic ?
I think shoes are better for posture while bouncing with my more active techniques... if you're just bouncing to lyphercize then okay... but the risk of socks is slipping... at that point it would be better bare foot or with special anti-slip socks
Please please more videos in eglish. Im half italian but don't speak it😢
I've been super busy with work but will get some back on the channel soon
I am 74 in reasonably shape but new hip and degeneration in lower back. Is rebounding a good exercise for a woman in my age group and condition?
I would be really careful about big bouncing... soft bouncing is really useful as well for stimulating lymph flow and muscular tone... but you need to approach this slowly
If you already have a pelvic organ prolapse what would you suggest? Also I have diastatis recti which has made it worse
bounce lying down... and do not jump just do supersonic and walk bounce
Can you do more on rib flare and posture please. I used to jump all the time but my posture has got worse and rebounding hurts now 😢
you should try to jump softly - an osteopath confirmed that rebounding helps to align the spine because you can't maintain your balance without good posture - plus you should try my Quantares Life bracelet - it immediately helps your posture
I've bought one thank you, I look forward to giving it a go!
I've also got functional leg length discrepancy (I'm working on it! 🙄) is it still OK to Rebound with that? Thank you 😇
Can you build muscles on lower parts of body i amm skiny loosing my body
Absolutely yes - look at my Superjump Intensity workouts

where i can buy a rebounder?
in Europe from me - in the States I need to give you the specs and what to look for www.jillcooper.it
I read that there are studies that show that incontinence is worsened by rebunding, in 76% of the participants... So I am confused.
