great point, i love how Jack and Helena tell it like it is, you should get a reward for not sugar coating, i prefer the truth of it all, i would like to say that guys or gals who need another person as a friend, one of those has interest for more but the other is resistant and they will ruin the relationship, third party interest not a good thing, Steve Harvey wouldnt get alone with another girl and never do that to his wife, i appreciate that makes a girl want to really love him up totally when a guy is faithful, people tell on people who cheat, life has a way of bringing out secrets, when you least exspect them and it damages, people cant hold their tongues, the tongue is the hardest muscle to tame

Women can often meet someone and think ' I can change him. My love will change be him"
    Big mistake
A man is quicker to recognize something
Where the woman needs to really pay attention to his initial responses and body language
And Women. Never try to change him
if you truly love him. You'll revel in his flaws, his dreams, and the wonderful things that you might do togetjer

I just broke up with my boyfriend after 10 months. One of the most confusing things for me was that he spent the better part of our relationship telling me, in a variety of different ways, that he was not capable of loving me. He also said things like "we both want the same things"? Devalued me, and didn't share his negative feelings until i asked him. We were in a committed relationship, he called me his girlfriend and i called him my boyfriend. However he said to me that dating and a relationship are the same thing to him. This led to him telling his parents he's dating but didn't see any significance in telling them my name. When i decided to end the relationship, he finally told me that he's in love with and he was scared (in line with my intuition all along) suggested we go to therapy (he shot that down anytime i suggested it before) gave me all the validation that i craved in the relationship. Can someone make any sense out of this shift? I want to say that it was coming from a place of manipulation. But maybe theres another perspective thats not so negative? The themes here were emotional unavailability, fear of commitment, highly unpredictable and inconsistent behavior. I miss him, i love him, but i feel its over.

In my experience that happens when the guy prefers to be the one to instigate breakup; they cling to you when you're the one to leave, until you give in and stay thinking they really, really want you but down the track they end it. Hope I'm wrong in your case if you think he's the one.

Would be great to hear a video on what content to have in your online dating bio and what to leave out that is in the feminine. I can see how wording is important such as describing yourself as a high value woman without saying those words. Saying what you're looking for instead of saying what you dont want, etc.
And also clarify if dating is for practicing feminine tools versus actual genuine interest in dating guys to pick the one that resonates best. I get both from the feminine essence community coaches. Rori Raye says date people even you're not attracted to or wouldn't even consider just for practice then there is also talk about dating for real and filtering out guys that arent your fit/ people you actually would consider.. So when or how am I suppose to shift gears for just practice including people I dont like versus only people I am attracted to on various levels and filtering them... I hope this made sense!!

I thought we were going the whole distance . But he used his mum to triangulate her into our relationship. I did not realise I had to always look after his mum too. And he wanted me to have babies and hand them over to her. Why? So I could keep working and provide an income. I felt like his work horse.

Shouldn’t guys keep up consistent contact and escalation (via phone calls and video chats) during quarantine? Or is it reasonable to expect that they are not consistent during this time because at the moment, there is no tangible end of social distancing in sight? It just makes me angry and disappointed, why would I even be with a guy? They never care anyway. I'm fed up. It's best to stay single and spare the heartbreak and pain and suffering. I've had many bad relationships and it's all my fault that I let them in to my life and let them hurt me. But I'm never gonna let that happen again. No more. I have my God and my mom and my friends. I'm perfectly fine. Just got to enjoy the good things in life like my job, traveling, workout, healthy foods and spending time with the people who actually care about me. These days I just outright cut off any guy who wants to date me. No. I won't let a guy hurt me anymore. Just no. Bye bye.

      Dear beautiful and kind Helena,
Just wanna share my gratitude here, so after watching so many channels about dating skills, so confusing, the more I watch, the more I get confused. I decided to focus on only specific guru that can give me positive energy and guidances, and I found you as my perfect inspirations for you can relate to me in many aspects and the most important thing is the way you encouraged us, in a gentle and loving way, not with a harsh judgement to shape our new behavior. Thank you so much for you videos, every day I prioritize my time to learn from your videos, it is like a great online class for me.
I am so excited to rebuild my new life by changing my strong negative old beliefs (destructive thoughts: I am not enough, Being single is a result of my resentment and hatred to some significant others that hurt me in the past, and I am just the practice girlfriend for some men who then married other women). I am choosing to change my story, firstly, by changing my belief system into new belief systems:
"I am beautiful, loving, kind woman who is deserving a healthy committed relationship with a greatman with beautiful mind and soul. He showers me with healthy love and relationship that meet my needs, and he feels so grateful to have me in his life. I am worth it and I am the prize, I thank for all my lessons in the past, they are the best guru to take me here on this stage of my life, and I love being myself, growing together with millions women around the world, this is so Huge, I hope that we can always spread the love within ourselves, and spread the kindness together in this community"
      1. I am the prize, I know my worth, so that I never settle for less. I deserve the best scene in my own life movie.
      2. Stop chasing man, practice my feminine energy everyday, lean back, relaxed, feel the feeling, and absorb my energy to something that's good for my personal well being.
      3. Becoming a high value woman with amazing life that's meaningful for me and others. I am responsible for my own happiness and my best life.
Universe has our back, and we're never alone in this beautiful love life journey. Love from here, somewhere in the pale blue dot, Indonesia. Thank you, Helena, so grateful to find you here in this planet ❤️
