What researches currently affect the amount of rep you get from each hostile you take down? What hostiles should you target and take down? Let's discuss!

I find grinding with 3 ships with different rep bonuses quite effective along with 2 other ships to hit non surveys in the systems (level 50-51 hostiles in the 185 warp g5 mining systems). Each faction has survey and only one other ship type. Most recently I finished off 100M fed rep grinding the kln in just about an hour.
Ship 1 pilum: janeway, Torres, Harry with doc, Hugh and alonzo below.
Ship 2 korinar: 5, ghalenar, khan
Ship 3 Monaveen: entE Picard, entE data and harrison with Paris and neelix below then stack defense
Ship 4 kelvin: Pike Moreau and chen
Ship 5 ktinga: snw pike, hemmer and Ortega stacking health below
Just triple locked the billion yesterday🎉
Use Vemet crew when helping others with the PvP event.

Ive said same thing. Basically theres no f2p path to get it.
Its available for 40plus players in this event store. Also you pick up shards if joining alliance with good territories.
There are also other officers that increase rep gains, hostile loot, and broken parts.
FYI - Those Faction Prime rep got converted to use 6* UC materials. At least for me level 61 ops, I get those UCs already so I spent nothing to get all that prime research.
Rev, thanks for the video, its very useful) but you didn't mentioned reputation consumables - i used two at the same time for my rep grind and its very helpful)
You didn't mention the exocomps, 100% rep which I find useful. Granted requires Amalgam grinding loop to get
ive giving out stella codes/full cargo of Lat for dvor and other things to smaller players on my server
Don't forget about your specific rep gain officers - there's at least three of them now: Harry Kim, Ghalenar, and Alonso Freeman. The Doctor/EMH also boosts rep gain as well.
5/11 and picard-e do that also as far as i know
Yep, they're general loot officers for the bridge. We have two good rep grinding crews now:
Ent-E Picard, Ent-E Data, Harry Kim with Alonso Freeman under decks
and
Five, Ghalenar, Seven with EMH under decks
I usually run Five-Ghal-Kim with EMH/Freeman under decks

ive tried out both ghalenar and freeman and havent gotten any boost to the rep gain, whats the trick with them??

Tips for digging myself out of a -600k rep hole? No daily’s to do until i get it back to 0. Did all the missions i was able to do.
Capitol traders if you're big enough to hit them really just gotta hit the biggest faction miners you can til you dig your way out
@@goosem944 That is what i found works best at the moment but Rev’s point about Kirk faction XP i did not have set which has been a huge help.
I help others out like that, but I never get the same help back.my server is all out for themselves unfortunately.
@RevDeuce, what is the daily limits on loot grinding? Read somewhere that it is 2,000 PVE battles or is it a daily REP point max per faction level? I’m currently sitting at FKR Respected.
I think they lowered it to 1500 hostiles
There’s not a daily limit on the loot just the number of hostiles that can drop it per day. Once you kill that number of hostiles you get no loot until daily reset (you can still get armada loot)

I've managed to get romulan rep high enough to get valdore bps. I'd like to get klingon up too, without losing too much rom rep.
Just lock ROM at 1B. Then work on another faction or dual grind.

Ty'gokor is best rep grinding system in the game. Heavy trader level of rep for a very weak hostile!

Almost time to maybe update this topic with some of the new researches… Scopely should consider a rep grinding ship??? 😂 That or allow the Pilum to warp further, maybe a lower deck officer that allows warp increase
these bad PvP events... just keep happening... why? just think, Scopely!!! also had to help out quite a few of people, so people could complete those events...

I'm curious I only just returned to the game about 3 months ago, I had quit around when uss enterprise released, why is it import to rep grind beyond champion? max in-terms of rank rewards I see is champion in my faction stores.

Just coming back to this video as I need 65mil rep for valdore lol but better than nothing as captain on PvP events to help others is using vemet, most times the ship can be killed twice x
u should talk about the rep needed for the different warships that u can not find anywhere!ex how much rep need for the g5 uncommon and g g5 rares and the g5 epic!nowhere i found where
What was the third officer besides 5 of 11 and ent data ? Which version of Picard?
I don't have to unload my vidar or talios, everyone else are monsters. My ships don't even come close to any of them, even with a good crew.
Rev, there are also 3 rep related researches in the Ex-Borg section, specifically the Klingon/Romulan/Federation Attrition ones
He's been very vocal about how those are crap. In this video he mentioned they don't eliminate rep loss because of all the researches increasing rep gained and lost.
What other crews besides Picard and Data E and 5/11?
Ships skins too kelvin has jet harder skin boost rep and the rares 4* all have great looting ability’s for rep
working to max kirk damage to faction and rep skills......... maxing other reserach too to help the rep grind...... did triple billion lock last week and im like i wont wait until later to do the 15billion until lvl 53 lol
A question on the Alliance star base. If it is not deployed on a node, does the alliance still get the bonuses?
yes you do
better yet put Vemet as the capt. and let your server hit you twice with one trip
if they do it Right ...3 times...but noone on my server is gonna help anyone
what ship at ops34 are you using to grind those heavies with that crew?
The problem with locking at low levels is you far surpass your ability to do your daily grinds. My second account on Server 95 (Ops21) has that problem and that's with me griding feds to keep the REP down...
Does anyone know, did they screw around with the Borg cutting beam charging? Yesterday I was fully charging by killing 1 level 42 hostile. Today it’s taking 4 x level 44 hostiles. Same systems/ships as yesterday.
My server is unstable and the game has been unplayable since the last merge

That would be awesome if people did that for those events, sadly you get a bunch of people with huge egos just jamming around killing everything they can, that's them "helping"

In this video there was nothing about LD officer who increase rep, nothing about deep space systems, where u can move ur base to, to do rep grind with 3 ships at the same time, nothing about exos and especially nothing about loot crew, which i heard increases rep also, so this was not ur best vid rev
Was coming here to say the same thing. Thought it was weird he didn't discuss the math of rep grinding (how all % gains work) or exos or the LD officers.
Why didn't you crew Vemet as cap? ...save on repair bill and lets people you're helping get a double tap.

There is no way to kill in capitals at 34 lvl , I’m 39 and still can’t with Ent 6 mil strength,or am I doing something wrong??
You lack research and the augur is better for that than the ent
did 3/5 for the rom and kli but didnt do the federation and still got billion lock..... but ill do the fed tribune later in dec ... just for the daily claims!
I was sending my baby talios to the tier below mine with vemet and ran freeman on vidar and st on talios and left them to float. They can finish events faster without me having to resend while I'm doing other things 😂
Rev many players are not nice like you suggest they complete the event and then send their heavy to knock everyone else regardless of SMS
can we have more hirogen hostiles and/or making them drop more? seems desnecessary be so few and so low drop =/

Wait a minute Rev, I just tried PMT on a heavy trader in my Enterprise and got my you know what handed to me. Do I use my Sally? Centurion? Gladius? I never got an Intrepid and I'm 15BPs from my Augur. I'm a level 37. So what am I doing wrong?
Your research may not be high enough and you'll likely have more success with Beverley Khan (T'Laan) Skinny Mudd.
I’m also Ops 37 and a maxed Enterprise (with Hugh/Odo below decks) kills 4-5 per hull with PMT. Without Hugh/Odo, it’s still 3-4 per hull. Without at least a Tier 8 Enterprise, you might need to stick with PMC and regular traders.
@jeffreywilliams8018 Yeah, my Enterprise isn't maxed. I became Fed Admired in my early 30s so I went started grinding Romulan as I couldn't get to deep space and it was getting difficult to finish dailies. So I've spent alot of materials on other ships, now trying to get my Enterprise up to par.
Is tygocore still not the best spot to grind in the 40s? It seems to give more rep than capital systems or even level 50 systems and the traders there are very weak.
There is that prime daily faction event at the beginning of the galaxy tree, is that worth it?
