the vcm is a great tool.... But I couldn't stomach spending 3000$ on the vcm for my 2005 F150.. So this is a good compromise.

i want to buy that thing ......but i have two main questions .....some people say they cant install it on the same laptop ...is it possible to install it ...and a second thing is ,,,,,does this program lock after a while ? does it need updates? do i have to update it every now and then ?....and another one .....is it for all ford and mazda vehicles .....europe ? america and asia australia ?
i have this tool but powerbalance doesnt work , and relative compression test says i have communication failure (everything properly connected). do you can use this tools in your own product? also do you use original software or the patched version ?

No problem. Personally. For the price of a used pc. I would just buy one.. That way you can store all your wave forms and programs on to it.. Personal preference.

I'll need to try this scanner, cause my im608 won't reprogram bcm
you need to use the J2534 programmer and a laptop to reprogram the bcm which is what I always use. I am not aware if the im608 can do a pmi, if you have an active subscription contact autel tech support they will help and guide you.

Hi how i can connect vx nano to internet so i can download new modules software. I am running ids 123 working perfectly only issue always ask for internet but my laptop is connected to the wifi please advice
connect the vx nano by usb and then connect to internet(or you can by a usd wifi dongle to add to your lap top inorder to have 2 wifi connetions

yes, mazda and ford use the same ids software up to 2017, then 2018 it changes but is still useful.
Man ya got cahoneys for reflashing a power steering module with a Chinese clone but hey it worked. How hard is it to install on your computer? Run into any issues?
my wife stole those along time ago lol.. only issue is setting the time and date back on your pc but besides that no issues at all.
i was told the vcx nano didnt work with ids?

This is a lie, the program will not run because it will prevent you from proceed due failure to register the software. This salesman is working off the license version. Also, it was he'll just to get the software load on your laptop. Yes, you will need to purchase a license to get the program to run. The anti vius systems will have to be disabled in order to upload the Patch.exe file because it is not licensed. Also, support is in China, I'm in US. So be prepared to get no response or delay 24, and you will never get a direct answer. Don't know what this guy is but he must be a salesman.

This tool comes with license.. no need to purchase.
Don't use the patch buy the ford license legally because you wont be able too flash your pcm with the patch and be limited too only a few things on the ids like you can reprogram pats key's but that's it
i agree with you.. but on a side note, I bought this for personal used on my f150 project. If i was into reprogramming pcms all day, its 100% certain that i would have the ids subscription. i also have my autel j2535.
another side note.. I also have the extended programming for this tool.. and i have been able to program pcms and other modules on my f150 with it.. so it does work, but there may be limitations based on the year and model... i have not tried any others.. if im not mistaken, some models need the frds software.. which does not work with this tool..
but for personal use(as i state in the video) its a great alternative.

From what I recall.. there is no licensing purchases required.. I suggest you review the installation procedure again...
