Every person I talked to say you need both and I haven't seen any were that the z's 2v and a daytona 4 v will work together I wouldn't try it and it sold as a complete kit Daytona 4v on a zs bottom end if you look on line even if you do the 212 they both have to be for a 4v.
@@yellowdemon16vt74 did you have the shift star mod and upgraded lever that helps prevent that. We're you kick starting it? They say to use the electric start the input shaft is prone to snap if kicked over wrong. 👍👌✌️💯
They are different the zs190 has heavy flywheel. But they sell a new version of the zs 190 without electric start that makes more power and lighter internals for fast throttle response
I have a thumpstar 140 will the zs 190 bolt right up? I agree with the racers that prefer the zs over Daytona I’ve ridden my buddies ycf 190 on a big track the instant power that 4 valve delivers is insane! Honestly almost too much to make it rideable with a 14/12 wheel setup

Can the Zongshen Head Cylinder swap with daytona head? So the Zongshen have 4Valve?
Doesn't the Zongshen have 4 valve aswell??
@@equakecs8119 No, not unless specified. There are 4 variants of the Zongshen: 190 2 valve or 4 valve and 212 2 valve or 4 valve.
Giday from NZ.. I've got 2020 TSX140.. will the 190 bolt up? Will I need anything else to do an engine swap?
Not sure the 190 is a big bore replacement for a Honda in the 125 to70cc. Anything honda pit bike grom xr crf clones.👍👌✌️💯
If my zongshen 190 is already a 212cc setup can I just slap the Daytona head straight on or do I still need the Daytona barrel!?!?

Identical engines. Just cases and piston and head
Does anyone know if the zongshen 190 will take a Daytona 190 or a z155 4 speed gearset?
Yes nor it won't buddy the daytona does 85 mph 2 the jongsheng 65
I was wondering the weight of each, sir
Me too,anybody?
Hi, how long is the durability of the zongchen engine?
I have approximately 8000km in my zs190.. the only issues they seem to have is the shift star.
Not very long. 17hrs and 3rd broke in half. Had to rebuild engine

@@yellowdemon16vt74 All because that happened to you doesn't mean that goes for all the engines.
I have a motrac m5 fuel injected anyway to use the same system for the z190
Not sure but they do have a Grom conversation kit for fuel injection on the 190cc and a aracer ecu
Do they both fit on the Tsx 140cc thumpstar frame
I'm pretty sure you can swap the head on the zs190 and it performs the same. Not sure on the internals
They are different the zs190 has heavy flywheel. But they sell a new version of the zs 190 without electric start that makes more power and lighter internals for fast throttle response
Yes you can swap the heads but you have to swap the pistons also
190SkyTeam are the cylinders interchangeable? Will a zs cylinder fit a Daytona 190?
@@Jazsft should be interchangeable. both engines manufactured the same with some differences.
Piston of z 4 valve is different of 2 valve !
Can you put a Daytona barrel and head on a Zongshen bottom end?
Yes but the piston must also be from the daytona too.
I had heard the same thing from some else not sure my self.
Can I put the Daytona 4valve head on a stock Zhongshan???
@@dirtbiked8846 it will but you need basically the hole top End might as well go with 212 4 valve daytona. If you use the hole top end yes 👍👌✌️💯
WHAT SIZE IS THE ZS190 KICK START SHAFT.
Is that the 2 or 4 valve Daytona? 4 or 5 speed?
4valve 5speed for the Daytona
do they have full wave charging systems?
the 2V Zongshen is more durable, the 4V Daytona makes more power its a pure race engine.... decide what you want, its always an compromise
Correct, I got the same question?
The word on the street and on the net the Daytona is more reliable. Also more power.

Under the bike can you feel the difference in size between the engines? The ZS seems to be a lot wider than the Daytona
Actually it's not that bad I have the zs190 on 10 inch wheels with street gearing setup
@@2000visionx it's only wider because of the reverse flywheel for the chain driven electric start.
what is stroke x bore for this 2 beast?
