Appreciate the video. I bought a pitbike with this engine as a cheap second bike. I wanted something super simple and lightweight to use while my 450 is getting work done.
Mine's a second hand 2021. When decelerating or cruising in 5th it feels like it's trying to jump out of gear or like it's skipping a sprocket tooth because it loses both drive and engine braking for a split second and then lurches. New chain, sprockets, gearbox and selector forks fitted by the previous owner with the old parts as proof. Chain and clutch slack are good. Any ideas?
Also if using this engine for technical trail riding does it need a fan to keep it cool in 5C-25C weather?
FINAL question do you know what wattage the 6 coil stator is rated for? 😅
