Supercool build! SmartCarb seems to optimize the 212. It will be nice to see how you soften up the rear.
Awesome..can't wait to get my 212cc for my Custom Champion build..I told my wife when I bought them (yes one for her too)that it's just for putting around the Rv parks and campsites but it's just too much Cheap Fun to Mod them...and now I just discovered that Smart Carb..time to see who sells them
I emailed smart carb some time ago about using one on my suzuki 650, they said that their carbs are only meant for 2 stroke applications. Nice to see yours works really well. Wish i could use one on my big thumper lol

We also have a Kymco zx 50 that's getting its engine case cut our for 120cc setup for a drag bike which should be cool.
We got a 232cc 4 valve liquid Cooled honda ruckus, got a METRUCK TRIKE with a 179cc stroker, we got a Yamaha Zuma with stage 6 exhaust and carb with Malossi 70cc Big Bore. Kymco Super 8 2t 70cc polini cp19 and sport kit.

I did a YZ 176 in a 1977 Z50.. put some nice 2 piece 10" wheels and fatty tires on it. Wish I could post a pic.. Cause it was amazin! Your build reminds me of it.

Very interesting what you've done with this bike 👍. The gentleman in the video mentioned that it had an extended rear swingarm on it and wished he'd had went with a shorter one, it would be good to know why he isn't very keen on it. Maybe in another video demonstrate the different handling characteristics between a shorter VS a longer rear swingarm. I'm sure part of it has to do with how nimble it is but I don't know how you use your bikes so maybe nimble isn't what he's after. Also, with that big 212cc engine I would imagine it's heavier in the front and therefore changes the handling characteristics as well, I would imagine the steering effort is greater but hearing how these changes effects things is an interesting thing to know. Thanks for the video.
Sweet now you just need the high rpm cam. dlc coated212 piston and the 4v head. Maybe 28hp 👍✌️👌🍻⚒️💯🏍️

i have a 212 myself but i cant find an intake manifold... do you maybe know where to get one? fullsize to fit a 32MM pwk carb?

A CT70 getting up to 70mph? That is crazy. Can anything be done with the Navi to get it to 60? That would be insane!
The right gearing this bike could do 75+ as is. 4v head swap 90+. Yes we have already hit 60 with the Navi

So did you get one??...I bought two..learned how to ride on one in 1974 at the age of 10...Harley only guy since then until now..too much fun and brings back memories.

Oh I know the zs190 all too well 8000 plus Street miles on stock topend and clutch... my next upgrade is the Daytona 4 valve head which I already have with the Daytona 212cc bbk combo

What size smart carb is it? How does it run with the 212? Does it run as good as fuel injection?
I’m running a 28 on this one. Runs amazing. Next video has more riding on it. Injection starts a little faster that’s about it
How does the smart carb work out for you? I'm thinking about putting one on my Daytona 190, just curious if you had to do any minor tuning to it or if it runs perfectly. Any help would be appreciated.
