I’m about to get my first closed back, as a sprinter going to state for the second time and i think it’s time to level up. What’s your review on the speedo closed back and your personal preference to all brands of tech suits. i’m bias to speedo because that’s all i’ve ever worn in tech suits, tried an arena and it fit me horrible😂. Thanks!!!
I personally wear speedo too. I used to race in arena but then tried a speedo and it fit me so much better
Thank you for this video! How do you get a closed back suit on? I’ve looked all over Google, and I can’t find anything and I’m worried I won’t be able to get a closed back suit on for the first time
It’s actually just as you would for an open back. I get both legs in first and the slowly pull it up one side at a time inch by inch
there are 2 things you need to get on every kind of tech suit are your patient and the sizing. If it's your first suit, only down 1 size or half size to get familiar with the suit, after that, you can down more (and even, much more) if you want. I'm a guy with size 32 jeans but i wore the 20 of TYR Avictor (if TYR made a size 18, it'd would be much better)
I am a breaststroker and is a closed back easy to swim breaststroke? I am just not sure if I will get to move easily.

Honestly it’s absolutely personal preference and nothing more to it

Can mens wear the closed back suit？
Fina pool rules state that men have to wear racing suits that stop at the waist so they can’t wear a female style of suit.

@@fangzhouzhao2489 there's nothing to stop men from doing that in training however it is an expensive suit that is specifically released for racing due to the compression and the material of the suit so I feel that for recreational swimming it would be a bit too expensive and not the suit's actual design. That being said it is still possible to use it for that
@@fangzhouzhao2489 you can wear anything you like, if you had enough money. I used my loose tech suit for a recreational swimming and it's very ok. And, if you care your suits with the right way, it can be lasted up to 3-4 years, as i see.
