This was NoT easy but I did it!!! Got it apart and last "pull apart" step I needed to order the torx t8 screwdriver 😢. Waited 3 days then finished disassembling and reassembling. Keep track of your scews! Don't mix them up. They all look alike but......😮😮😮

How to clean brush on v6 I have 2brushes one is very easy the other I can’t get it cleaned
I watched your deep cleaning video but the V-10 doesn’t have the 2 #1 Phillips-head screws to open the roller head cover. I don’t want to snap anything. Can you help?

This is so frustrating. I have a V11 Animal model and after rotating and popping off the end cover, the brush roller still cannot be pulled out. I noticed you slightly rotated the brush and it came out easily; however, my brush roller is completely locked up and will not move in either direction. I've had this model for about 3 years and never had a problem until recently when I removed hair & lint from the roller. The brush roller worked for about 5 seconds, then completely stopped turning. The motor still runs just fine. Now, what do I do??
Sounds like you should replace the head. I’m not positive but without seeing it my self that’s the best I can do.

My misses washed the power head not knowing there was a motor there. It still works but I’ve lost the white o-ring and the plastics are eating away the roller. What would be the process of changing the power head motor?

They do not make the motors available separately unfortunately. Unless you can buy a used one on eBay or something…
I found a few on aliexpress. Different wattages. Do you know if this model is 100w?

This is very useful but it would have been great to see you actually clean it, I know that sounds like it should be obvious but with the machine being so expensive I'd really appreciate recommendations of what to use and what not to. Just my opinion, it's still a good video. 🙂
Thanks! Perhaps next video I make I’ll include some footage of cleaning it. I didn’t consider that content that people would find useful. But just for you I’ll tell you I use dawn dish soap and various brushes that I get from harbor freight.
My brush doesn't come out when I open the hatch with a coin...only hatch comes out....I have v15 absolute detect
