Granted our laws aren't like the USA but we can certainly get some pretty tasty guns here in the UK. I've just put in for this to be added to FAC. Awesome stuff 👏
@@UKGuns The FAC version's cartridges capacity can be increased to 5 or 8 shot. I put in for 8 but my FEO has said my justification only requires 5. Hopefully make life easier protecting my crops.
@@ryan5983 unusual you had to specify the capacity. For my FAC I didnt specify capacity just put in "Section 1 Shotgun" so that I could get magazine fed which was fine. Was never asked about capacity but perhaps thats to do with the justification as you say
Hi Uk Guns, just thought I’d pop in and say hi to a brother of the Demolitia. I have the hatsan also 4 years now and I love it, still haven’t used the spare oring or cap. I found it’s not as fussy as some other semi autos with the shell ejection, that said a good clean usually sorts the problem. Mine always runs sweet on Eley cartridges. But not so good on gamebore. Have fun and enjoy. Stay well and shoot straight 😂 Ash from 🏴
Hi Ash! Great to hear from you and thanks :) always good to meet other Demolitia! I think the Hatsan is great too, a really good value gun. Take care 👍
I just cured a recycling problem on an escort by upgrading the cartridge. I went from 65mm 30gm to Eley 70mm 32gm. I should have thought 30gm enough for any 12 g semi, but could the extra 5mm cartridge length be making the difference?
Unsure if they are interchangeable or not as all the Shotguns I own have their own chokes so never needed to swap over. My personal opinion would be try to use the chokes built for that specific gun wherever possible
HATSAN CYCLING PROBLEMS. Has anybody else cured a cycling problem on the Escort by upgrading the cartridge weight? Let me explain I'm on my second Escort magnum, having stopped using the first due to intermittent cycling/jamming in the feedtray. This morning I test shot the latest acquisition, and it failed to feed the second round and jammed. This gave cause for much frustration, so I decided to try a different cartridge from the Lyalvale Express "Pigeon Special" I've been using. . The minute I testfired Eley "Pigeon HV" the gun cycled perfectly, for a nine shot sequence. Differences are that the Eley are 32gm , the Lyalvale 30 gm. The Eley are also 70mm as compared to the Lyalvale 65mm. I would have thought 30 gm sufficient for any semy 12 guage, but could the extra 5mm length be making all the difference, maybe in activating some trip lever? I would welcome all comments.
Hi Paul, thanks for your comment. I will try and get some video shooting it but may take a while. I have only had time to shoot it twice so far but both times have been very good, no issues at all with feeding, firing or ejecting. Accuracy seems pretty good (most misses are shooter related and not gun related haha) and it was both comfortable and fun to shoot. So yeh, so far I am very happy with it especially for this price!
Hi. Is there a tactical version with a pistol grip in a 2+1? I do like the polymer finish...are there mods for this shotgun? a link online for this shotgun? Thanks.
Hi, there is a version with a Pistol grip but it is usually a 7+1 you may be able to get one and have the tube restricted to have it reclassified but that would obviously incur additional costs. I dont have a link I'm aftaid but if you type it into Google or try Gun Star.
Nice review. But own what you want. You are the bosses of your government; not the other way around. "Shall not be infringed" applies to all people of all nations because the right to bear arms is a God-given, natural right. If they "can" limit you to 10 rounds, then why not 5, 3, 1, or none as in the cases of banned rifles and pistols? It is arbitrary and is a power play.
Picked up my Escort this morning. Can’t wait to try it out!
I'm sure you wont be dissapointed! Mine is still going strong and used it this weekend just gone!
Very good review. Just picked my Escort Magnum up from my dealer today. For the price tag i think its excellent value for money.
Thank you! I couldn't agree more, a great value gun 👍
Great video and just settled my mind on my first shotty. Cheers.
Thanks! Hope you enjoy it!

Agreed. This on is a section 2 so only 2 + 1 but still lots of fun

Thanks for review. Always used OU guns but just ordered one of these for the coming pigeon season. What chamber is your one ?
Can someone explain why it is not possible to fire a slug bullet from the IM 3/4 choke that comes with the rifle
Nice video
Nowadays How much price this Hatsan Escort Magnum shotgun
I cant say for other countires but here in the UK you can usually pick these up for in the region of £250

Great detail in the video. Any chance you can show some firing. ? How are you finding the shotgun after having it for a month.

They have em with a tactical stock but super hard to find and you can do a tube extension that about it

you better go to other room set up the gun come out again...
It's not a good gun. That's my view. Each to their own. I had feeding problems and a load of miss fire's and a nightmare to unload.

Not bad to say not read instructions
