    I learned a lot about PCOS through having gestational diabetes. If it’s in your budget, using a blood glucose meter a few times a day to check where you blood sugar is at has helped me a lot. Especially your fasting level when you wake up without drinking or eating is really telling of how your body is managing insulin. I’ve noticed small changes like a 20 min walk in the evening or drinking a good amount of water have helped my blood sugar to level out a lot.

    Love Kinders seasoning. Potatoes are high carbs and high starch. That will set back your hard work. You should eat potatoes a few times a week. Possibly do several servings of green vegetables instead of potatoes. Add cottage cheese to your eggs for higher protein.

    Hey sweetie! I’m another Momma who
    Struggles with PCOS and have had 3 miscarriages and 4 healthy kiddos!
    What’s worked for me really well is calories counting! I don’t feel like I’m missing out on the foods I love that way! I just have to count it and I can’t go over the calories going in vs going out. If you want to lose a pound a week then you want to eat 500 calories less everyday then your body needs to maintain your weight. You can figure that out online! Also my fitness pal app help me keep track and you can also figure out calories per serving on home made meals! It’s under my recipes. I highly recommend this method of weight loss! It’s all about portion control. ❤

    I've been trying to do protein coffee. The vanilla Fairlife protein shakes with a shot of espresso or cold brew or something. Mixed with the sweet and creamy coffee creamer and some sugar free Torini flavoring. They also sell cold foam in a can to put on top. You can add sugar free caramel syrup too. It's so good and full of protein.

    A high protein source that I enjoy is the Dannon light and fit individual Greek yogurts. Especially the Boston cream flavor. There’s only 80 calories and 12 grams of protein! A good breakfast or snack item. And they’re supper yummy too!

    I have pcos too and have also had multiple losses (8 total and we lost our son Carter at 17 weeks) and I am trying to regulate my hormones/cycle too as we are ttc. I’ve used inositol in the past and my doctor recommended I get back on it so I am trying this one! I love that you’re sharing your journey and what’s helping you. Do you mind sharing what prenatal you’re taking? I’m thinking about changing mine. I’ve been a very long time follower and I don’t really watch UA-cam anymore besides your videos. Love your heart and how real you are. ❤

    Have you tried carnation high protein it’s really good I personally prefer the original carnation French vanilla it’s my favorite flavor you kids might love it.

    Just ordered the inositol. My period has always been somewhat irregular but after having my last baby in October I feel SO off and my periods are very irregular and strange. Can’t find anything that’s wrong otherwise. Hoping it helps me! Thank you for the recommendation!!

      @@homewithhailey Okay so I’ve been taking the inositol for about 2 weeks. I struggle with insulin resistance and crazy pms along with irregular periods. I haven’t had my period yet since being on it (I’m due to get it this week) but I have noticed a big change with my symptoms associated with insulin resistance almost right away. I eat healthy about 80% of the time and was still feeling weird after eating just about anything but since taking this, I’ve been able to eat anything without symptoms. I feel like myself again! Hoping it’ll also help regulate my cycle here soon but either way I’ll be sticking with it! Thank you for suggesting this in your video!

    I have pcos but my cycles are like 37 days do you think that stuff would get me back into a regular cycle length?

    For protein-at a minimum 100 grams a day but shoot for a gram for every pound of your goal weight. So if your goal weight is 130 lbs shoot for 130 grams of protein 😊
