i bought these and returned them right away. had the latest software version of logi tune and latest firmware... everytime I muted the mic using flip to mute, it would mute the audio... in or out of a call.

thx for this news! i'm thought the mute mic works (not muting audio), as it's certified by MSTeams

Have u tested with G435? it has dedicated mute mic button. It doesn't change to muted icon in MSTeams, but it does mute your mic, without losing/ending the audio call.

@@hmzh94 I actually have a pair of G733 that I just setup on my laptop. I have my laptop audio set to default laptop speakers. In Teams app, under device settings, I have my G733 set as default device for calls and meetings. In this same window, there is also a feature called "secondary ringer" you can set this to your default speakers.
This way, you will always hear a ring if you have your headset off or on. You will always hear all others sounds on laptop speaker. During calls and meetings your headset will be used. This is how I prefer it.
I also have some expensive Bose QC45 and they sound like dogshit during calls and gets a lot of static/interference.
The G733 call quality sounds amazing (gaming headset with comms, duh). The best part is the dedicated dongle that reinforces the wireless connection.

they really are I have like 20 headsets and I have both these and g435 which is exactly what i was looking for I have the zone 900s and I can not make it the whole day with those so i would throw in my g435 which i travel with to talk to the bois in the cord haha but any ways i can wear them for 6 hours before i really get irritated which is better then the two i was lasting so i pulled the trigger on these to consolidate to a single dongle, but it seems there is a weird issue in logi tune i can get there to pair to the Unifying dongle +audio but its a hack I have to start the pair in logi tune and then once the headset says its paired Logi tune sit there spinning until it eventually fails to pair so I quit the application in the middle of the pairing processes to get them to actually pair with the unifying +audio dongle

Super review...Unfortunately there is no ideal product. For music I use Bose QC 45 very comfortable and sound wonderfule but it lacks functionality for communicators. For work to use with teams/zoom/others, had Jabra Evolve 75 (died after 2years), Evolve 2 65 (I broke them unfortunately), tried Epos 360 (very very tight and uncomfortable), Plantronics Voyage Focus (very light and seems fragile), now Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex and honestly still looking for really good headset that would:
be as comfortable as Bose (space for ears to breathe :) )
have comfort mute solution without delay (Evolve 75 and 2 65 has up boom mic to mute and it works super but as I said...one died itself, 2nd occured to be more fragile than it looks)
have good designed controls (location of buttons in Evolve2 65 Flex is ridiculous, especially power on on front of left earcup :) )
I will check this Logi also...look nice...ANC is not a must for home office.
    Thanks :)

This headset can NOT do microphone and stereo audio at the same time! Once you enter a call or any app accesses your mic the sound quality will plummet straight to rock bottom.
So no hanging out in discord and listening to chill lofi beats. Also no gaming with any voip.

Have you tried to manually increase the Hz of the microphone in your OS?

@@Azarilh Sent it back by now. I fumbled around with the sound settings after searching online. This is where one can really notice the quality shift, when switching from the sound to the mic tab. I finally found a reddit thread where they had the same issue and figured it was a driver/bluetooth thing.
