- It was long ago that the high council on ceramic greatness had voted me unanimously the most perfect potter alive. I have a feeling in a few years it could be the greatest that ever lived but I need to stay humble.
Today I will use all of my talent to throw for you the best mug in the world.
If you have read this far and are confused 😐 it’s ok, you could be from Florida. It’s an April fools day video relax.
You are so freakin funny, you great potter!🤣 I was laughing so loud Hubby had to see what I was watching.
Tim you are hilarious! Love your videos and make those haters so mad that they mess up their own pottery haha
In future days some new potter will watch this and not notice the date....and the era of gigantic double walled best mugs in the world will ensue!
At "This is 15 lbs of clay" I knew this would be good.
🤣🤣🤣 Best internet pottery content in the world ever - thanks Tim 👏👏👏
remember folks. the date is 4-1-22, april fools day.... lives on
Woohoo! The kids just rediscovered the once useless outhouse yesterday. I’m off to bury the clay in charley chip cans today, shut down the indoor bathrooms and start creating my own magnificent pots!
Your smooth teachings of the heirloom turds and to “pinch it off” sealed the deal!
This was hilarious! Thanks for the parody of pottery videos !
I wish I'd seen this before I did my mug workshop this week! But how can I ever hope to live up to these standards! 🤣 🤣 🤣
This was a nice laugh while drinking my morning coffee! Thanks, Tim!
Probably a crappy mug compared to this one though
@@timseepots haha! Yes, it certainly was! I made it and my skillZ are just not up to yours!
@@PennyRitz someday you could hope your great grand children could be this good but modern waste water disposal is gonna make that kinda hard.
@@timseepots My spouse is talking about making a 'compost' toilet. I bet that would solve this first world problem!
I’m not sure what your toilets made from or why you have so many, but I can’t compost mine here in NY, they just make great decorations for the yard
Wow Tim, how inventive.
Have a biceps workout and morning coffee at the same time!
Better patent this baby immediately!
I was so lost for a minute there. 😅😂😂😂
😂😂😂 it doesn’t shrink and it actually grew during throwing from 15 lbs to 65lbs 🤩 you truly are the best! Happy April 1st to y’all !
Wow! Thank you so much. Mine exploded, but I’m pretty sure I know where I went wrong. Peeing in the clay is definitely gonna add some sentimentality as well, I can’t believe I didn’t think of that. 🏆👏🏽💯
Depending on what you drink it can add some sedimentary as well
🤣🤣🤣was missing my See belly laugh for some time. Thanks for bringing it back. 🤣🤣🤣 I love Charlie Chips 😃 PS I’ll be going back to my Florida stuff again 😀thanks for inspiration
I'll need two of these, so I can work my throwing muscles. I just saw you exchange mugs with Donte. He needed this one. 😂
It went to a sotherbys auction last year I was donated to the Smithsonian.
@@timseepots yes, I'm traveling there this week by carrier pigeon to see it with my beloved Yorkie, Warren G. Harding.
Thanks Tim. As a fairly new potter, this gives me something to shoot for. :)
Tim, you're awesome!
Lolol “most of them from Florida”
Lol
Very cool and congratulations on the honors, Tim!
Thank you for this laugh this morning!! I think we all needed it!!🤣
🤣🤣😅😂😇😇😇
OMG!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
i loved the way the clay go heaver. good laugh. can we see the finished piece
Beautiful mug wow looking forward with finish product
Made my day. You fabulous potter
I love it Tim.
Waching it on 28. of august made me soooo confused untill I looked at the description. 😂 Then I laughed out loud in reliefe and pure joy! Sooo good! 😂
Best pottery vid ever 🤩!!!
I live in a 55+ community near Hilton Head. We have a great ceramics/pottery studio here. Imagine the look on all the old lady's faces when I showed up today and peed on all the clay buckets.
😂
Such a lovely annual treat.
This is the best. Thank you
That was amazingly entertaining and I have family in Florida which made it even more funny because... it's ccurate. 🤣
Hey I have a few Charles Chip tins! Imma gonna try this method! Thanks Tim!
Hahaha - love that the amount of clay grew and grew! Miss the board used in last year’s video!😉
When you're working with 15 pounds of clay, 35 pounds of clay can get pretty unweildy. Before you know it, 65 pounds is just giving the wheelhead a run for its money. Throw any longer and that 125 pounds of clay is going to stop you in your tracks. Then again, that 200 pounds of clay makes a good workout for people duo-throwing on the same wheel (ala Ghost).
Priceless 🤣🤣🤣
I’m a Tim See fangirl! You rock Tim🤘
No you rock!
You’re hilarious! And that’s from Florida
It took me about 3 minutes to realize you were joking... I kept sitting here thinking “what the heck is he doing???”
When it’s few months late that kinda stuff can happen
There's nothing like American humour. Nothing
First I thought how could any mug be the best in the world? Now I know. I think you should call it the liars mug. 🙂 I do have to say that you knowledge of clay and pottoric (made that word up) history is unparalleled! Keep on sharing! A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. 🙂
You are hilarious!
“If ur extruding handles ur a dumb poopy face” 😂😂😂 amen I live for this content
So funny!!!
Wow! Amazing how it kept gaining weight!!
I’m only to the family history of the clay and I am just DYING 😂😂😂😂
Take away: My family heirloom piss clay doesn’t shrink. Still making me laugh while teaching , Tim. Thanks!
Lol. Well done
Love the irony 🤩
Next video maybe show how to trim a foot ring with the handle already attached. 😉
I wasn't sure what was going on when I started watching, then the light came on and the caffeine kicked in from my 65lbs coffee mug!
Nicely done, O Greatest Potter in the World! We are not worthy of your awesomeness!
Glad your not from Florida
@@timseepots I think many people are glad they're not from Florida. ;)
So funny 😂
A family heirloom turd😂😂🤣😻
Vintage sponge 🥰
How funny!!!
A gorgeous air bubble in the mug, acting like an atomic bomb in the kiln? 😂
Hilarious!
Hey. I am from Florida, for the past 45 years anyway, but originally from Massachusetts. So I'm a bifurcative hater, but tolerant for the most part. So, just wanted to heap upon you unhateful appreciation for your unparalleled talents, and your family urinary practices (my wife wonders why I only take wide-mouthed bottles into the shed). I do have one -um- semi-constructive criticism regarding your proportions. Those of us in the hoi poloi class of potters realize that the proper volume for a finished and glazed American mug has increased with the pandemic motion restrictions. 30 ounces is too small. 33 ounces has become the standard for perfection. You'll need 16 pounds of clay from now on.
Best video in the world
I was so confused, lol!
Happy April Fool’s!
Family heirloom turd 🤣🤣🤣
Can we talk about how to start slip casting? I have no supplies and no equipment. Where do I even start?!? I want to do slipcasting..
It’s harder than I thought it was going to be.
To make it as simple as possible, I would but a simple mold and slip.
@@timseepots 😂
That looks more like 85 pounds once you add the handle🤣😂
Why all the Florida hate?? Hahaha
Is that a hobbit door?
No that’s a Tim
not first day of class
😂💕
😀
So what you're saying is I should start the family outhouse so my grandkids have pristine mug-making clay
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
😂
Haters be hating lol
😂😂😂
🤣
Is this a joke? Should we all pee on our clay?
It was aprils fools day, but yes just other peoples.
@@timseepots I thought so! 😆
What is this a response to? Poor fluoRide-ers.
The annual April fools day video
Unsubscribed. Best piss is the best clay on the best youtube channel ever
You unsubscribed, and felt the need to let me know. Can you make the second sentence make and sense? I can’t.
Nothing boss?
🤣🤣🤣
