@@sinterpass The Lake/Swamp area in Nookrim City, there's like a hundred Baskalisks hiding in the bushes, A Large Bear that you have to fight in a tiny cave to get the treasure, and about a million Spirit Knights surrounding the walking mausoleum. Oh and a Crucible Knight boss battle in one of the trees.
@Lick Tasty after I’ve lost count of “camera” related deaths I’ve experienced in From games esp. Sekiro it seems they enjoy going out their way designing annoying almost incompetent things in these games. Chariots being maybe the pinnacle.

Use Margot’s Shackles when you come out of the tunnel that can potentially run over you! It triggers the poles and the chariots will crash into each other.

Okay so for anyone wondering how the one chariot spawned that just sat there and allowed for the collisions: when you hit the fire pillar, there’s a light that is attached to that pillar. That light spawns the immobile chariot. Notice how when he first runs through the collision area there’s no light to spawn the chariot. Later in the video it is there
I know this is gonna sound weird! but a much easier way to destroy all 3 of them quicker & without dying is get margits shackle from patches in murkwater cave, (after the fight) then go directly to the same place that this person is In The video when was when they all collided but instead when you have a chance jump up to the left and get In the cutout then spam margits shackle. Close to the entrance but not close enough to get hit. (Watch out for skeleton) once you spam it 4-5 times another chariot will spawn and all three will explode! Neat little trick! Margit shackle is also good for showing fake walls and making the fire pillars go away! (Also another trick, before you enter the yellow wall to fight Margit walk as close as you can to the yellow boss fog and spam the shackle. With stun them for the first half of the fight)

Also just to add that the boss is other one, actually they are two; Crucible Knight and Crucible Knight Ordovis, really hard boss, the one you mentioned i think it is from Fringefolk Hero Grave, the one from the very beginning of the game
My favorite Hero's Grave dungeon so far. It's also the closest to my favorite catacombs so far. I loved how both were super elaborate in their traps and maze-like settings.
I was very confused how to destroy the chariots after waiting nearly 5 minutes before looking it up. When you get to the part where he says destroy the chariots using the fire. You have to stand in the fire and die. I didn't believe it either. When you respawn run past the first chariot that spawns and the chariots will almost spawn on top of each other crashing into and killing each other. Get the armor then too. Great guide other than this.
You don't need to die tho, you can take the route and use the elevator up then circle around the second fire thingy and drop down to the main corridor over a skeleton.
I lost 40k trying to solve this heros grave wasn't enough to level but still a good chunk wish I would've looked this up sooner lol thanks man gonna save me heart ache on future characters with your guide :)
I just found out this also works if you turn on the other fire totem that’s not facing the chariot. Went there by accident and just left the totem with the fire facing the dead end hallway. 30 seconds later got the rewards
Somehow the chariots destroyed themselves on their own, I didn't do any of this in this video. Then I got killed by another chariot out of nowhere. Respawned and they were all gone. I'm so confused lol
Also, you can also farm that armour early in stormviel, you will just get the helmet without a hood instead. Any of the Silver knight guys, forgot what they are called
I used margots shackle right in the middle of the path where the very first chariot you go up against runs, thought it didnt work.. did some exploring, come back to the path and they all exploded without having to do the rest of this
As soon as i watched this guide, i got naked, used a damage negation just in case... then when i got to the part with the 2 chariots, they all exploded for no reason and i got all the stuff LMAO
Are you naked… I’m not gonna say it’s written law, but vitality/ combined weight of equipment = movement speed. Not just roll distance. Try that maybe.
It’s such a hard battle!! But my cousin and I actually co-op’d it together and we 2v2 the knights! It was still a hell of a battle but it was easier and much more fun having another player to help in those 2v1 situations
I beat it with just a great sword, a shield and healing with a flask. I just learned to parry god them. It took me over an hour though to nail it. Those 2 are fucking cunts. lol
How/why did they explode? I've been to that spot 20x repeated after dying and there is no animation like that, I must get past them all again every time.
You’re a life saver. Truth be told the boss was almost an after thought after killing those chariots
chariots are a tougher challenge than a lot of bosses :D
In my opinion the boss of this particular dungeon is one of the hardest the game has to offer.

The boss is Ordovis Crucible Knight and a Tree Crucible Knight... Those bosses are never a joke, but yeah. These chariots are a pain in the ass.

I beat the boss first and then did this. After hitting the fire trap I warped back to the dungeon grace, and it worked.

I didn’t have to die for that to happen. They all just randomly died after i moved that pole
I sat here for 20 minutes wondering why the fire wouldnt break the charriot. The fact that you have to die to get this armour is crazy.

You can kill all three Chariots right at the start of the dungeon!!!!!!!!

If you don’t want to go back for your ruins there’s an elevator to go up and drop out where they destroy each other.
The tree sentinel armor is good but for a little less hassle you'll get armor almost as good farming the church of dragon communion in Caelid

you can save them, just run out as far as you can and probably get killed by the chariot, then pick them up next life without entering the room

I recommend summoning some spirits, makes it much easier when the other one is being distracted.
