Hey Nik. Thanks for the video. A Canadian snowbird now displaced from my home in Florida. I really am eager to get a an An Angler 360 or even the Blue Sky tricat. It will sure draw attention up here in northern Ontario. Damn I miss Florida. Cheers Tim
Thanks for doing this video. I've been considering getting either one of this or a Hobie Pro angler. I saw another video of a hobie pro angler owner, testing this boat and he said the hobie was better because it was faster and maneuvers better. It seems you are in Florida, where did you buy it? Did you get a chance to test drive it before?
You are welcome. Yes, I purchased it at Bill Jacksons in the St Petersburg area. Ask for Sam. They have a lake out back that you can demo their kayaks in.
How does this handle in choppy waves? I would assume it feels a little sketchy sitting so high? The 360 pro is what Im thinking of for muskie fishing and bow fishing.
I love it most of the times m. In higher wind it can be a bear as wind will get trapped in between hulls tending to turn you in the wrong direction. I will usually PowerPole down to straighten out or anchor up. In heavy chop you will take water over the bow but it drains off well. The storage compartments to get water in them if choppy. Hull drains easily though right at the rear of the boat. When unloading you can leave it tipped and she drains right out.
Hi Bob, my Nissan Titan has a 5'7" bed as well. Did you mean you wonder if it would fit without the extender? It definitely will but I lkke the security of knowing the back is supported. Harbor Freight sells cheap bed extenders for less than $50. I actually used that for years befire upgrading. Thanks for tuning in!
@@sliknik1966 Thanks. I bought the boondock extender. Now I just need to take the plunge and buy the boat. Hard to spend that kind of money. Do you know how one can re-enter the boat from deep water if you fall off. Do they sell any type of boarding ladder.
@@SardoBob This boat is very easy to climb back in as it is super stable. I have had to jump in numerous times to get big snook out of the mangroves. One I actually have up in a video "Big Snook in the Mangroves" Near the end you will see how easy I climb back in the boat.
Excellent video! I just got the same “kayak” and it came with the Boondocks T-Bone. Thanks so much!

Awesome! This gives me a better look at this Kayak! I am debating in this style versus a regular kayak.
Subbed for sure.
Great choice of truck!! I have one as well. How do you like the titan boxes? Did I see correctly, only one titan box in?
Thank you

How deep is your pick up truck bed. I have a Ram with a 5' 7" bed. I wonder if it would fit with the extender
