No one, California is the birthplace of election fraud. We saw that with the first recall and the constant recall attempts but we can't get him out. If I remember correctly, the last house primary here took over 2 months to count the votes and on average 2+ weeks for most elections.

I forget the statute, but this reporting is codified, I believe, in the Penal Code. 👈💯🤔

If possession is construed as being dangerous without any other evidence, then you should be able to go after the physician for libel and slander and abuse of his privileges. There has to be reasonable cause.
Abuse of Adult Protective Services and Child Protective Services laws is a reality and the ‘anonymous’ reporting system makes for ugly outcomes in some cases. That is a prime reason not to allow ‘red-flag’ laws.
Any measure by the state to infringe upon the rights of an individual needs to be adjudicated through the courts. Especially ‘preventative’ measures, as there are laws for immediate threats in place. I have seen the abuse of the system as a healthcare provider and as a private citizen.
Before you say “leave California” stop for a second… our great great grandfathers didn’t leave when king George was taking food off their plates. They stood up and fought back or we’d all have a British accent. Stay and stand up!

Temporary is not even 5 years. The SCOTUS was specific in that it can only be temporary. A judge would have a hard time arguing that one is deemed a credible threat if there has been no credible info for 1 plus years.

It is. Look at prop 47 and the effort we are making to amend it, to make criminals liable for their law breaking. Newsom’s response to making it tougher on criminals by actually jailing them was to say it was too expensive. That’s why he’s releasing criminals from incarceration and closing prisons.

I understand that if you open up the gun laws, sure you will have a short term uptick in gun violence and gun purchases. However it will quickly decrease as more criminals understand they don’t have the upper hand anymore.
