That looks awesome ! But there's a thing I don't quite understand, how did you/they take the cake out of the silicon mold ? Did you/they freeze the cake before so that it would harden ?
I know you said the measurements were "by eye" but a rough idea of the recipe would be helpful (i.e. a link to one). It wasn't really clear how many advocados were used, how much syrup or if you ended up using all of that cocoa. The base seems straightforward enough. Thanks
I would say 3-4 avocados for a tart that size would be plenty, as one avocado will make a bowl full of 'pudding'. As for the sweetness and chocolate, I would go purely by taste. It looks like they added close to a cup of cacao powder..!!
Cathal Whelehan Judging by the amount of mousse they got, I'd say at least 5 avocadoes (you can see about 5/6 of them at 0:45-6), add cocoa according to taste and syrup should be no more than 3-4 tablespoons I reckon. the same for the oil.
