Brilliant idea, never thought of using cling film. It's given me an idea regarding my large pyramids. 10 or so levels with clear resin. Cling film the levels then add different coloured powders to each level!! Might take a month to do it but it might produce a brilliant result
Heyyyy Chris .. so glad you like it .. I would recommend Polyurethane Painters plastic sheet instead .. way better than cling film ! Sounds great though 🙌🙌🙌
The texture of the resin in these looks like the results you can get when you use Powertex on fabrics. I did a workshop with it a few years ago and it was awesome fun - extremely messy, but really fun!

OH MY DAYS NIGHTS AND MIDDLE BITS, they are so lush it's unreal. For me (this will not shock you) but I am purple all the way. Everything is pink or purple that said red/black would also look fab. Claire your famous resin guru lady but this is a whole new league, they remind me of silk material. Another great vlog. 💜

This technique would be incredible in a coaster that could be placed at any angle and seen differently every time you look at it. OMG the things you could do with a trinket tray 🤯 how amazing would it be to place jewelry on one of those? Oooooooo!!!!! Maybe the top of the lid of your faceted jar (the one with the diamond pattern on the sides)
The dark green (peridot?) and burgundy blew my mind when you first revealed it and it's still my favourite but they're all brilliant. No wait, I like the dark red one that looks like a posh chocolate more. Dang it, every time they go by a different one strikes my fancy 🥰🤩
These are gorgeous! I rather like the bubbles that did happen, since they almost look like round pearls. Would be interesting to see some pearls or other bits dropped into the clear resin, before you add the cling film, to see what those look like over the brushed powder backdrop.
Oh well as you aren't barbie. It's a new trend called cash stuffing. Barbie has this new channel on here. It's great. Cash stuffing is also really trending at the min and you've got a cricut. So have a nosey. I'm obsessed with it 😂😂 you might be able to make a few bob making the binders. I'm going to give it a whirl. My first thought was I would like 10 to 12 nose to make a tray with may be a creamy sparkling white background and some jams in between. I think the layer of the creamy. Let it all melt. Put the hearts on top. With a clear sparkle covering

Heyy Richard, yes you can do this on a tray ... the tray was my previous video but it didnt turn out as well. You need to make sure you have a deeper layer of resin .. and poke dont pinch .. the tray was my first attempt though so i still loved it :)

I'm still loving your merch coffee mug. It's been through the dishwasher many, many times, and it still looks as great as the day I got it. I should of made the Jesmonite a bit thinner,so it could settle into the grooves,then level them off,only 1 out of 9 looked okay so l sanded them down then covered the backs with felt,they look great though😃

Hey Brynden thank yooo .. I used Black Pigment paste. Resin 8 pigment .. I now use Vista Pigment it's a liquid Black and perfect

How long do you wait till you remove the cling wrap?
I waited about 24-30 hours x I felt like a couple hours past the 24 hour mark was best

My seran wrap came up and left the mold without any resin in them.
