As seen in previous video I am in love with Botanicals right now. I want to explore them in as many ways as possible. In this video I am sharing with you how I made these Epoxy Resin Botanical trays using real leaves, stones, tattoos, Foil but the WOW FACTOR comes in the shape of the Cling Film Technique. The BEST Cling film and resin results I have acheived.

I love the black added, adds depth with the plastic technique! Overall I love all 3, not a huge loss with the tattoo...call it a peek a boo effect heheheeh.

These are all gorgeous! I'd love to see this technique with blue chameleon powder under fern fronds and stones, to mimic a stream. Wish I could send you photos of the New Zealand bush; you'd love our ferns!

I found my way here after watching Wendy's video. I don't make with resin, I just enjoy watching other people make things. I have to say that these are probably the most beautiful things I have seen made with resin. I love all the different elements. Thank you for sharing your creative process. Imagine doing the “silk sheets” without so many other things in it. It’s like if you put silk into the resin as a tray and captured a moment in time, a mood.

Hello Claire, my favorite is the third tray. I totally love it! All trays are gorgeous, unfortunate that the tattoo's mostly got lost in the trays. I have many molds and I do not have a tray mold. Guess what my next purchase will be... lol. Thank you for all you enthusiam in your work. I love it

So pretty, as usual!! I don't know if you know this, but you can stamp your own images with StazOn Ink onto clear acetate, vellum, and other materials that we like to use in resin. You will probably have to seal them, though. I haven't yet put stamped images with the StazOn ink in resin, but I've used it in tons of other crafts, and it doesn't smear at all once dry. Anyway, thanks so much for the information and the inspiration!!! Happy Creating!!!!🎨🙂🎨

I actually prefer the left one that you like the least, because you can see the tattoo, which has a “old timey textbook” vibes that I find very chill, academic with a cup of tea… if that makes sense! I feel like the others have too many competing elements attracting my eye. That’s just my aesthetic though.
If you want to dry leaves or flowers quickly flatten between two pieces of kitchen paper and MICROWAVE doing 15 seconds between checks result dried flowers and leafs

You probably know this already but just in case it's new to you, you can buy the printable transfer sheets and print your own tattoos. Doing it that way you wouldn't have to depend on what's available, you could just make what you want.

Totally blown away by these Claire. Awesome job! When I saw these in Instagram I was sure the stones were little berries. Berries would be awesome with all the leaves. The depth that the clingfilm technique + mica powder gave these is just insane!

some time ago i started using the tattoo technique in resin after seeing it in one of your vids. recently, i tried a tattoo and it wouldn't stick to my mold. i tried both water and alcohol and neither worked. not sure if it was a bad tattoo or something with my mold. have you experienced this before?
