Tattoo pens/needles dont necessarily punch it deep into your skin it only punches it on the first or second layer of the skin to make sure it stays and yes you can have your tattoo removed by a laser so no its not permanent

You remove the excess skin that lacks the collagen to bounce back and tighten. As you get older, your skin loses the ability to snap back into place. So no, diet and exercise do not fix that.

For those that don’t know, the dermis layer comes AFTER the epidermis layer(4-5 layers to it depending on whether it’s thin skin or thick skin), which is the most superficial layer of skin! After the dermis(2 layers to the dermis) is the hypodermis layer also known as the adipose layer (fat)! 😚
