Nice finds.
Not sure why but lately I have found very few star notes in my searches and only a few 21's and of those no star notes.
The Minneapolis notes seem to be the least found ones to show up in my area of Colorado. Every other district shows up here regularly with KC being the most often found and 2013 being the most common series lately.

Same for me as far as 2021 Minneapolis. Have only seen 2 so far, but sadly only kept 1. Thinking it could be like the 1993 Minneapolis, but don't know for sure yet.
