Namaste, will talk about it in the following session. In general, write down your daily task and be focused on them. Daily yoga practice can help a great deal, it brings your focus on your body, breath and the thoughts itself. Please prctice everyday. Physical activity is very improtant to keep a check on overthinking. Thanks.

Namaste, to begin with just observe your nirmal breathing and slowly increase the awareness to the body. It should come natrually.. don't take too much stress on following the technique. Doing is important. Thanks.
@@mamtabisht8334 mam kya eya kar sakte hai ki, 1st round me only pet par, 2nd me only back per and 3rd me only head per hoya stimulations per focus kare?? Naki har round me full body par ba body me jaha stimulation hote hai oha focus kare??? Asal me, for having not so much time, har steps ( every asanas) me full body ko mahasus kar ne samay a66e se nahi kar sakte, to ek sense of unsatisfaction feel hota hai. Please reply mam🙏
