- I've been asked by you guys to make a video about exactly what kind of house you can buy in Italy with all kinds of different budgets. I've seen property for sale in this region of Italy, the Lunigiana, from €25,000 all the way up to millions. There really is something for anyone's price point.

Are there people in Italy similar to a GC who can run a renovation for you while you are not in Italy? My husband and I are looking for places in Northern Tuscany. Not major renovations but maybe a kitchen/bathroom... Since we wouldn't be there full time for a few years wondered if we would be able to buy something now and get it worked on? We would of course go back and forth but likely not more than 4 times a year. Would love to know the process. Maybe a short video??
You will have to hire a geometra he/she can follow the renovation for you. If you have not read my book Italy is My Boyfriend about our journey. I was fortunate as my best friend lives in the area and is a designer. Make sure you find a reputable geometra. It will take time and patience on your part. Good luck Thanks for watching.

I think the way you categorized the properties would be useful to a potential buyer or gawker, so that works!
