It is charming, has the indefinable character that it must have from the start, the garden area is going to be spectacular and so special in the center of town, and the price is also unbeatable! I found an amazing townhome in the south of Italy. Problem is, banks won’t finance under $50-$100k, and my US holdings aren’t liquidating quickly. I wonder if you have a different experience of bank financing.
You need to use your bank in the US. We paid cash for our home. Also homes sell slowly here sometimes on the market for many years, so there is NO RUSH. Thanks for watching. Good luck.

Hi Annette and Liz 👋that's very cute Is it a bad thing to ask how much they were wanting for this? How much were they asking for this cottage? And also, the first thing I thought of when I saw that garden is you could put a dipping pool. Not a big pool, just small to cool off but a nice one So Annette, would the council allow her or anyone to put a small pool inside the historical center? Please let me know?
