Interesting to see what happened after the show 😊 though I missed the 3rd bathroom. I presume Campo Sasso is not for rent right now as of missing furniture. Such a shame they didn’t kept the furniture - yes it’s “Hollywood” but people watching the show from US and Europe would have been eager to go and see it as a bonus to the wine tours or even renting it. As it is right now it lost it’s charm and the hard work what was done. I noticed that some pieces made by Silvio and Dave remained. 👍
@dalia - most of the furniture & decor in HGTV reno shows during the "reveal day" are just staging furniture. They're provided/ rented out by local merchants. As Rebecca (owner) has said, the owners can buy the furniture if they want to. The custom made pieces (made by Dave in this show or Ben in another show, Home Town) stay with the house. When the houses are turned over to the owners (including show "Love it or List it ' the houses are mostly empty (aside from the custom pieces). In the show featuring the Gaines, the furniture comes from the Gaines' furniture shop. In the show of Ben & Erin, the furniture & decor comes from Erin's shop. So yes, all that staging is part of Hollywood. I think in many of the renovated houses, they don't buy the staging furniture since they've spent most of their budget for the reno. Some use their old furniture, as I've seen in interviews.

Rebecca (homeowner) mentioned that much of the furniture used for the final reveal was rented and the homeowner had an option to buy it.
I live in the town in Oregon where that blue cheese is made. Queen Elizabeth was sent several a week. She loved it 🙋🏻♀️🧡
