There is something about that hydraulic wining sound that is so badass. I love aircraft they are engineering masterpieces. Just thing of those thousands of components working together is mind blowing. It is amazing what we humans can achieve,
Even if I were blind I would know we're on an Airbus 380 by the sounds of those awesome flaps(:

The sound of the flaps on a380 is real louder than this, trust me I've been on one. And also the gears when landing... You can feel it going down and the wind blowing.

My second choice would be sucker doors on a JT3D.
