It's literally a 40% increase. That's the same as going 84 in a 60 mph zone. 35 might not seem fast, but it's about the RELATIVE speed increase over what the road is designed for. If you're barreling down the road at nearly one and half times as fast as you're supposed to for that area then you're driving unsafe, no matter the speed.
It's a big deal to the people living with vehicle noise and emissions on those streets. Not to mention the mess an out-of-control car @35mph will make compared to 25. Drivers haven't an ounce of consideration for others between 'em all.
This judge is a legend, his compassion is absolutely fantastic, he treats others with dignity and respect, we need more people like this, the world would be a much better place...

Menelik, more like Melanin, am I right? (Just a joke, it just made me laugh when I thought of it, it's supposed to be inherently offensive, which all humor has to some level. Sadly this in and of itself makes the joke automatically not funny since I had to explain myself.)
King of the Swamp You got last part right. Not funny at all.. You would know if you had any idea who Menelik was named after and what Menelik means to Ethiopians.
I love this family honestly because he said “guilty”. And they are laughing about it Omg this is going to my heart melting playlist because he such a good judge
I got a ticket for speed then a week later I got laid off from work. I went to court not to fight the ticket (I was in fact speeding) but to ask the court to reduce the fine or allow me to perform community service. I explained to the court that I didn't realize I was going that fast but I was speeding, I was the one responsible for going to fast and I had actually borrowed money to pay the fine. The judge asked the cop how I behaved after being stopped and the cop said I had a good attitude. He then asked the cop if he felt there was any reason not to excuse the ticket. The cop agreed the judge excused the ticket. No fine, no community service and the ticket was removed from my driving record. I was really surprised and I asked the cop later why he agreed to excuse the ticket. He said he was on the fence about writing it and only issued the ticket because I was so young (I was 20 at the time). I think so long as you admit to doing something wrong and you are polite with the cop the cop will usually let you off the hook.
Eric Taylor that’s what most court judges are looking for, an down to earth guy/girl that have learned his/hers and just asking if the punishment could be payed otherwise or by other means.
@@TrueRedditTales. well I guess “fake stories” run rampant. A very similar thing happened to me. I wasn’t laid off of my job however. I just fessed up to exceeding the speed limit....after the office informed me of the correct speed...for the same reason as the guy in the video....I never saw a speed limit sign and drove at a speed I thought was ok on that road. Judge dismissed my ticket because I didn’t have any blemishes on my driving record.

God has definitely Blessed this Judge. What a great example to follow.🙏🙏🙏
Of all the videos on you tube this is my favorite. It made me smile from ear to ear and was a beautiful example of how humanity should be. Great judge and great people!
Wisdom like this comes from years and years of witnessing and experiencing the best and worst of humanity and developing a sincere appreciation for the basic intimate human moment...that judge is truly a village elder as much as he is a civil authority. The mark he leaves on families and children as well leaves an impression on them that fosters an idea of community.....and the young folks who have positive interactions will be left with an impression that goodness...love and the ability to teach as opposed to dictate can come from those in high places and that they too can someday be a wise, noble and kind human being.
cheungch97 People do not even think about going the speed limit now! Need to bring back cameras to slow people down! Too many people, too many cars, too much in a hurry.
I started watching Judge Caprio a while ago. Something about his unique Judgement style, his compassion and humanity reminded me of my darling dad, who we lost a few years ago. He was an Italian immigrant who came to the UK after having been a P.O.W. who had fallen in love with my darling late mum. They worked together in a Baker's shop; he was making the bread, she was selling it! I just checked on wikipeadia, and like my dad, Judge capio's family ARE italian! So humbled about all he does, in making the world a better place. Just love this man, and everything he does, which is at the level of humanity! God love you, judge capio! love sue xxx
Damn...tearing up here...the simple humanity on show, the family just had affection for the judge at every step, and the judge the same...I love the boy's verdict...so funny!
Wow!! We, in India, need such judges. The other day when I was sent notice, the judge asked me to pay half of the fine as a bribe, and I won the suit. I wouldn't be bothering much if I were to go to jail for 3 days if the judge was honest.
The world needs more of this kindness, compassion and integrity. Honesty and love, bless everyone. This judge looks at everyone and sees them, not just like a number. I pray him many more years, to be with those he loves, he has definitely lead a humble, loving and kind life. He keeps paying it forward even in retirement, through his cancer treatment.
This Judge is so amazing, love the respect he gives to all who come before him...he is kind and passes sentence accordingly and I must say goes above and beyond “gracious”...

That has to be the nicest judge in all of history! I've watched two other videos with little kids, funny! FYI, don't try this with 99.999% of judges.
1caramarie That number is extremely accurate
Judge is an amazing person, what i like the most about him is , he becomes more cautious to give decisions in front of kids, he always try to encourage kids and forgive the parents in front of kids, this indeed leaves a lasting impression on kids , and hopefully when they get older they will be honest and forgiving.... True Gentlemen !!!
💯
Rule no.1: Always bring a child to court
Rule no.2: Read rule no.1
I have noticed that!
John Wick 3 definitely
John Wick 3 rule 3 find frank caprios courts XD
Rule no.3: Read rule no. 2
John Wick 3 I don't get it
The judge smiling at the family was very wholesome❤
Most honest in the family

The child name is Menelik ( Ethiopian king) ... real honest boy ! Lots of love and respect to Judge Capiro from Ethiopia!
@@KayEcksArr I mean it wasn’t funny period, without the explanation or anything lool
Son of David and Queen of Sheba I think King Menelik
@@sabam473 I'm not Ethiopian but I still know my history and he was King from David and Queen of Sheba
I love this family honestly because he said “guilty”. And they are laughing about it Omg this is going to my heart melting playlist because he such a good judge
This has to be the nicest judge ever.
I love this channel. This judge is so wise.
you r wise like him
I got a ticket for speed then a week later I got laid off from work.
Wut
‘Usually’ *hmmm*
fake story, u just want likes ;/

@@TrueRedditTales. well I guess “fake stories” run rampant. A very similar thing happened to me. I wasn’t laid off of my job however. I just fessed up to exceeding the speed limit....after the office informed me of the correct speed...for the same reason as the guy in the video....I never saw a speed limit sign and drove at a speed I thought was ok on that road. Judge dismissed my ticket because I didn’t have any blemishes on my driving record.
I love this judge. He looks so sweet. You can see it in his eyes. But he still maintains his job requirements as a judge. That's how it's done.
It's funny how the judge has such a steely exterior and looks SO annoyed, but he has a heart of gold and a soft, mushy interior. I'm happy for this beautiful family that they got this kind judge. That little boy is a riot throwing his dad under the bus so quick tho 😂
Wait until we´re home my son!
InsDings 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
perfect solution, beat child for telling the truth.
but if it wasn't for the kid he wouldn't have been innocnet
InsDings ahahahhahaha best comment ever
dis commet made me sad life to a happy dank ass life now xdddddd
If only all of us had the good moral sense of this judge. He's my role model, even though I'm older than he is.
Timothy O'Brien You Sir have earned my respect.
Amazing
Hello gorgeous❤
this judge gotta be a chief commander of the world
TRUMP is
Laughing stock of the world maybe.
paym: lol trump? Nobody respects him
Mikey G: that's not the majority. Majority of people voted for Hillary. College elected Trump not the people
Mikey G: Trump is not powerful. He's a weak leader.
What a wonderful Judge!! This is the kind of man that should be meting Justice in All Courts of Law. He truly has a good heart. He treated the whole family with respect, and humour. They were very, very, lucky, and Blessed that they ended up in Chief Judge, Frank Caprio’s Court Room. He’s the Chief Judge, setting a compassionate and caring attitude, in his Court.

What a judge.........we desperately need more of these warm and loving human beings on our planet.
good educated kid. thank and bless you parents.

A humane, kind judge is a once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon! God bless him and the wonderful family!
𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒉𝒂𝒂 ! 👍
The father is like:he doesn’t know what he is saying
The kids is like in his mind:I’m gonna end this man’s whole career
Just before this, the dad refused to buy his son a bar of chocolate

Don't you just love this judge, seen him before he is so fair.
Judge Frank is a credit to the system.
An amazing human being.
Damn...tearing up here...the simple humanity on show, the family just had affection for the judge at every step, and the judge the same...I love the boy's verdict...so funny!
That boy is going to get in trouble when he gets home
No he's not
Maybe but mostly not because he didn't get charged
I love this judge, what an amazing person. Brings tears to my eyes.
Wow!! We, in India, need such judges. The other day when I was sent notice, the judge asked me to pay half of the fine as a bribe, and I won the suit. I wouldn't be bothering much if I were to go to jail for 3 days if the judge was honest.

A feeling of humility and respect for this judge. Nicely done!
I couldn't wait to hit the like button. I see the true beauty of love in this case.

Pretty awesome and great family.
idk why watching videos of this judge always makes me cry. it just reminds me there’s still good in this world
The world needs more of this kindness, compassion and integrity. Honesty and love, bless everyone. This judge looks at everyone and sees them, not just like a number. I pray him many more years, to be with those he loves, he has definitely lead a humble, loving and kind life. He keeps paying it forward even in retirement, through his cancer treatment.
Judge Caprio is an amazing person!!!!! we need him in europa too!!!!! god bless you caprio!
Alin Gal OMG things like this makes me love our country more👌
He'd be a big plus on the SC.
I never get tired watching Judge Carpio. So much wisdom and witty. Ca u be my grandpa ✌😂
Judge Caprio, your intelligence in solving problems gives the feeling that your method of justice should be taught
This Judge is so amazing god bless him he's just a great human being..
This Judge is so amazing, love the respect he gives to all who come before him...he is kind and passes sentence accordingly and I must say goes above and beyond “gracious”...

Even with justice and law, comes love and understanding. It’s called being human
I love this judge. He is the true meaning of The Peoples Judge❤
This is one of my favorite videos from this channel. I just love how Judge Caprio puts parents who come into court with their kids at ease by allowing the kid(s) to come up and play the role of the judge.

@@letstune7100 What tells you they're cheap, and why don't you expect honesty from people who don't spend money, and why do you imply rich people are more inclined to be honest?
