I followed this meal plan for 30 days. Lunch and dinner only. I lost 20 pounds. And my body fat went down also. I only went to gym 3 days a week, cardio mainly.
I just ordered a box of 18 meals while I’m on my boot leave it looks pretty good for me to stay in shape instead of cooking or eating out for like 110$
@bluebird6300 I have ate at plenty of fancy expensive restaurants, and I can say, the food is actually comparable, you either picked some of the worst meals they have, or your lying.
@bluebird6300 covid could've had an effect on that. Anything that sounds good I ordered, and if you forget to order they send you random meals, and sometimes it's not the best, but they are always good none the less
bruh idk i signed up recently and not only did they recently miss 3 plates from my recent box, some of em had to be thrown out cuz they emailed saying the chicken was undercooked lmaooo
At 11 per meal 2 a day probably still gonna have to grab some thing for breakfast or snack $22 plus shipping an another 5 at least for snack around 30 a day idk
Better to do some research into supermarket ready meals and ready prepped vegetables and pick out those on the healthier side and do that. I don’t really like ready meals & I have loads of allergies, including potatoes so this one would be out for me. If I could get meals that fitted around me and my family I might consider them. But, no way in heck would I pay $11! That’s crazy money
I worked for the factor company in Goodyear Arizona for a few days and they treat their food like shit and yes, they still give you frozen food, even though they say, it’s all fresh! I wouldn’t buy this shit .
I'm really thinking this would be good for my elderly mom. She loved Hello Fresh but can't cook full meals on the stove any longer. And they seem better portions than the lean cuisine she likes.
Currently working for them at their distribution center. Illinois based. Meals cooked out of two massive scale kitchens nearby shipped to one Dist. Yeah that's exactly what I'm looking for is a meal you have to put in the microwave. Lol gross. The microwave is only used for heating water fast. Food is so bad from the microwave. Factor bad idea.lol yuk!!!!!!!!!

I'm definitely not an expert, here for advice. So, I thought we could only absorb 20 something grams of protein in 1 sitting but have since read there is no limit, it just may take longer to digest etc. These meals, I imagine, are great for those with limited mobility or time but, its always healthier to prep fresh, where possible.

Lean cuisine is mass produced. This is a slightly better lean cuisine
It's pretty high quality in all honestly, delicious ass food, my homeboy who I gave a few too, said it's the best refrigerated meal he's ever had
Ive tried couple of these meals and they were very good. Chicken dish and a salmon dish. Excellent.

The food is crazy good, this is a more plain thing you can order, most things are incredibly flavorful and delicious.
I tried it and thought it was disgusting. I wish I had your tastebuds because I love the idea.

Sodium is off the chain tho. Almost 900mg in that puppy. So you know MSG's be high on these too.
I like the chicken, cheddar, bacon, broccoli and portabella mushroom Factor meal

Sodium gotta be crazy tho
why is that? sodium is salt
It was 550 I think

everyone keeps saying this like you're watching your sodium intake
I didn’t even check lol I was just so excited to meet my protein goals
Anemic chicken
The microwave is killing the proteins
Untrue
microwave is less harsh than other cooking methods

what do I do with these giant ice bags in the package
