- I tried Factor, a meal delivery service that claims to be chef-prepared and dietitian-approved, for a week and here were my thoughts!

How did you feel the serving sizes were? I have done Factor for a few weeks now and really love the flavor of all of the food. Some of the items I get would fill half of the larger container section. It seems like it is not a full serving at times.
Some were definitely less filling than others. Whether the portion sizes were "appropriate" depend on the individual as recommended portion sizes depend on lots of things like age and gender

I am a guy that does not cook, no desire or time to cook. I need to lose weight. Can I lose weight with using factor as my diet?
@@kristlef446 Hi Kristle! Thank you so much for this info! I will try the keto meals. I like the idea of this! And 16 pounds with no exercise shows that it for sure worked for you. How was the food for you? Was it to your liking taste wise?

So what meal prep service would you put your stamp of approval on?
I haven't exactly found one that I love yet and understandably so, since it can be hard to balance nutrition value with other factors including taste, shelf life, cost and logistics in general (with shipping and such). There are also many meal delivery services I haven't tried/looked into/know about. This doesn't mean that nutritious food can't be tasty, just the fact of the matter is there are a lot of things these companies consider when designing meals (including profit).
Thank you for this review! Is there a meal plan with ready made food that you can suggest? Clean with low sodium and microwave ready a must.
There is not at the moment. It's definitely harder to make healthier meal delivery services that also cater to the general population's taste preferences (usually higher sodium and fat because these things taste so good!)
