I do not claim this work. All credit goes to Yakov Smirnoff for the creation of this work and for being the "Famous Russian Comedian".

    FUNNY

I recomend this show. I watched the live version, but you should see both if you ever have the chance.

This is the kind of person that I want coming to this country. He truly appreciates our culture. He doesn't want to make us become like his country of origin. He came here. He wants to integrate into our culture. And he did. A true beacon of the melting pot. And funny to boot!

He came from a country where the leadership, crap as it was, did not allow people to leaves. Today the new immigrants run away from regimes that let them go away.

Yakov is one funny comedian but you have to get your nationalities straight. That’s Ukrainian dancing, not Russian! They are dancing the traditional Ukrainian National folk dance called the “Hopak”. The only thing Russian in that dance was Yakov’s costume with the Kremlin in the background, at least 860 kilometers from Ukraine. See this playlist of world national dances to note the difference between Russian and Ukrainian folk dances. ua-cam.com/play/PLn5FP8fwvx-jSRabvb8WCLh2SpXj2Wgkr.html

I'll bet Jesus probably looked something like him, definitely more so than the depictions we usually see.

Yachov Smirnoff is my favorite comedians. I was very excited when I saw him in Branson. I was with a bunch of guys that were in the navy during ww2. They were having a reunion. So he actually came out to our bus and thanked them for serving our country so we could still be free. Then he went to everyone and handed them each a book about him and autographed each one which he autographed the book and signed each one to everyone's own name
