I had much the same idea with regard to boss arenas. Built a hunting lodge around Eikyhr, turned his altar into a dining table. The elder arena was turned into a castle keep - built with Graunstone. It was a lot of fun!! The main room with the fire i built up high - second story was at the level with the acorns on the pillars, so the smoke wasn't an issue. Second floor was a throne room with a big balcony and a hot tub with ocean views, the third a comfort bedroom. Loved it! Would've built down but it was a) on the shore and b) at sea level - i didn't even bother digging down. Won't tell you what i did for the other arenas though, as that's not fair. But they are a lot of fun to build around!! 🙂
Would love to see your builds someday. I'm always looking for creative inspiration. Too bad i'm not that good with stone. I would love to make some sort of a castle. I am planning to make a discord channel for the community to brag about their skills. The Elders spawn is a pain. That's the third build that I finally could dig down to make something. I completely understand you. Still don't have any ideas on the swamp altar, but i believe that I can come up with something on the spot. This will be fun.
Looks pretty but the insides of those towers are so small the spaces are nearly useless. For example there are not all upgrades around the workbench and forge, not enough space for chests to make any of those towers main storage, can't put a bedroom up there because no fire, ... maybe some portals but I would never remember which tower had which portals. I want to do this same project but use the top of the pillars to place 4 meter corewood beams anchored at the center to define a circular space. I have some iron now, maybe I can spend some on wood-iron beams here to make bigger spaces. I like the idea of using the basement area under the Elder altar for a massive and safe storage area.
@PaulthePhilosopher2 I agree. The build is small, but that's the beauty of it. To find creative ways to place your stuff. By the way, all of the crafting stations are maxed out. Some of the components are on the shelves. This is just a concept, and my vision, on how i see the inside decorations. That's why I don't address the inside a lot in the video. Everyone has a unique vision. I would love to see your variation of this build. I can bet that you have some amazing ideas.
@TablesAreTurned I was waiting for this question )))) There's a 1m beam in between/behind the barrels, so the second layer is placed on it. Just rotate the barrel to get the perfect positioning on it.
The towers look so clean. I think you did a really nice job on the build! Using the item stands as studs is a great idea!
@Ytoc67 Thank you. I'm glad you liked it :)
Gorgeous build!

how did you stack the barrels??

very nice build. loved a lot of details. I assume its all vanilla, am i right?
@keyhornavas Thank you. It sure is vanilla, so the console players can relate as well .
