-600 grams Pork mince
-1 Onions
-2 Slices of bread
-Salt (to tasty)
-1/4 teaspoon Pepper
-1/4 teaspoon Oregano
-1/4 teaspoon Thyme
- 4 Egg
- Parsley
-50 grams Yellow mozzarella

Going to make this today. One question though - and I'm new to cooking, so spare me - what is the reason to wet the bread? Wet soggy bread is a disgusting mess. hahaha

I think it'd to help hold the meat together I'm sure u can substitute with some bread crumbs

The egg in the mix should hold the meat together just fine I think you can skip the soggy bread if you want 😅
