It's a kind of hamburger steak dipped in bread crumbs, and is a popular fried food in Japan. It's easy to make with ingredients that are available anywhere in the world. Please give it a try. 【Ingredients】Menchi Katsu (8pieces)
• 1/2 Onion
• 300g of Minced meat
• Salt & Pepper & Nutmeg
• 1 Egg
• 5tbs of Bread crumbs
•1tbs of Ketchup
[Batter]
•5tbs of Flour
•1 Egg
• 5tbs of Bread crumbs
[Sauce]
2tbs of Ketchup 1tbs of Worcestershire
(2tbs of Mayo + 1tbs of Sweet chili)

It was important for Sutan to heard that after her mother was upset. It is reassuring. Then later, when they were calm, they could talk about it again.

Wow, at you catching her about to eat the raw meat, calming her down and then later calmly explaining why it's bad to do it so she understands WHY instead of a vague "no / because I said so". Fantastic parenting! Also Sutan's cooking skills have leveled up a lot, she's so confident already

Its a good thing sutan still listen even after started crying and express that she still want to try again. Some kids find it hard to listen when that happen :)
I think it was because Moe was patient and repeated the sentence several times until Sutan listened and responded too. :)
@@patja_wang No. Sutan is just smart. Most children will truly freaked out and it is not that their moms did something wrong.
@@Chemicalkinetics I disagree. I feel that sometimes children freak out because they see their parents freaking out when crying. Children tend to be very manipulative and learn a lot from what they see around. If they see a parent who can be manipulated through crying, they will do this. If they see that the parent keeps his/her composure in that time then the child learns to obey the parent.
@@sfappetrupavelandrei I agree with you, I am taking care of my friend's children. A 4-year-old can make you cry. I don't pay attention to it then, when she sees it, he suddenly calms down.

I think Sutan may grow up to be an actress, she’s so expressive! And she’ll also be a great cook.
Weirdly, I am proud how Sutan can understand what is the consequence of her action. Really a good job, Moe.
I think I’ll be doing this with all my future kids, especially my sons. My brothers can’t cook and see it as such a chore to cook, but if you start young like this involving them in the preparation and then eating it afterwards, it teaches them that the effort they put into cooking is an enjoyable process that results in nourishing yourself with a delicious meal… very good 😍
Very glad my mother taught me cooking, cleaning, laundry, and sewing. It has helped me a great deal in my adult life. All kids need these skills.
I hear you. My partner's mom is an excellent cook but he never tries, which is a shame. After I cook in front of him for 6 years and telling him and sharing the joy of cooking, he finally started to explore. It's never too late, but it's nice to start early for the engagement. Cooking is therapeutic especially during these times.
I did that with my son, now in his early thirties. For a while he was planning to make cooking his occupation but decided to keep it as a hobby. I'm not a bad cook myself but it's such a treat when he cooks dinner...

While helping Moe's cook, Su-chan is also doing sensory activities. This is such a great way to teach kids how to develop their sensory skills. The fun part is she could eat the food at the end. 🤣🙌🏻

Sutan is such a good helper! I love that instead of asking you to do something she's not confident about, she asks to do it together. Too sweet. The moment of real life and real talk about not eating raw meat was precious!

I made this for our meal tonight. My husbands mother was from Osaka Japan and our family enjoys many of the Japanese recipes. This is the first time I made these and my husband loved them. They are very good.
