These delicious soft cinnamon rolls are super easy to make.
Soft Cinnamon Rolls / No Kneading/ Easy and Delicious Bread
(Servings: 9 rolls)
Baking Pan Size: 6-inch X 9-inch (15cm X 22cm)
Ingredients:
½ cup (120ml) warm water (about 97F/36C)
1 tsp (4g) active dry yeast
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, melted
1 egg
1 2/3 cup (250g) all purpose flour
¼ tsp (1g) salt
Filling:
2 tbsp (30g) brown sugar
1 tsp (3g) cinnamon
1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, softened (room temperature)
(350F/180C) Bake for 18-20 minutes
