Good vid my brother, I installed so many stereo setups in my time, that was my thing. But I never got to install in my 2011 Fit Sport, had taken it to a stereo shop here in my hometown. Wrong decision ever, talk about trash setup. I wanted to keep my system stealth so I kept the original head. I went with all DD Audio cause that's what this shop dealt with (really wanted all JL Audio, but too pricey.) Anyway whoever hooked it up spliced into my wires, installed door speakers with drywall screws, the bass knob for the amp was held with 1 screw, had to go back to actually have them install the aftermarket tweeters cause I still had originals, I bought 2 sets of components for the doors, they didn't even install the small crossover boxes. Man just a mess ,one thing after another, my fault for letting them get away with it. Like I mentioned earlier, I've done stereo systems in my past vehicles, just got too old and lazy for this one, your video could of saved me a big headache 2 years ago when I had them installed it, should of done it myself and saved lots of money plus a cleaner system. But in all very good and detailed vid bro!!

Good fascia and harness wires make fitting so much simpler , only issue I had was I didn't earth the parking line so couldn't mirror my phone screen , but , found out just to connect it to any screw on the back of the stereo unit and that fixed it. Thanks again , most helpful video.
My Kenwood is super bright, so I need to connect dimmer, but unsure where exactly to connect it. Manual says connect to light control, but I'm not certain if I need to go in search through the dash of my Fit to find this or if there's an easy solution...any advise?!

Does anyone know where to connect the reverse wire to in a honda fit? I have my backup camera connected but the radio isn't getting power to let it know it needs to switch to the camera.
Did you figure it out by any chance? I would imagine you could maybe hook it up to reverse light bulb wire.
