⏩ What's with the gloves?
Not after any UA-cam fame here which is why I'm not in the vids - they're not about me they're about the how-to! I used the gloves for the first couple of projects I filmed which just happened to be messy ones and it kinda just became a thing - easy to spot my videos! If that's not your thing and you'd prefer to watch a face, all good, I won't be offended, there's plenty of better looking ones to watch already on UA-cam ;)
⏩ Where did this start?
I really enjoy tinkering with different projects - they usually require a whole bunch of research and learning along the way. It's satisfying on doing a thing and standing back and going 'Yeah! Totally did that!'. I had a bunch of mates asking 'how did you know how to do that?' and 'I couldn't never do that myself so I thought; I need to start something where I can help others that might be thinking the same thing :)
⏩ What will you find here?
The purpose is simply to make these videos as top quality and helpful as I can. They will always be free, there's ZERO agenda and the only motive is to try and upload what I would want to watch to help with that particular project. I'm also keen to keep building this little community and will try to answer all questions when asked - fire away :)

Thanks for the demo, pre-ordered about 30 seconds after the video finished. Love that ABS, traction control and stability control (aka the fish tail nartzi) are also disabled. Was trying to teach my daughter to drift off road and stability control would drop power and brake one side as soon as I even started to slide. And that was with traction control off. Was impressive how effective it was from a technical perspective, but really annoying when you are trying to teach a human being how to drift and recover from a slide. Looks like the right lights are coming on from your video, so looking forward to some full send testing.

Awesome Vid bud.. And a very nice bit of gear.
Have put mine in my 2022 XT bt-50. All works fine but the amber difflock fault light comes on. Will still be able to operate as intended but the light won't go away until you've cycled the ignition. Spoke to titan offroad and they said it's fine, cars getting to smart for their own good.
Just chucking the comment in here for anyone else that might be worried 🤙

Thank you so much for your videos! I will get my D-Max in a couple of weeks and set it up for outback touring in very remote areas. I saw that you are getting ready for Cape York! How do you prepare such a modern vehicle and what spares to take? Will you take cv joints, hub assembly? The repairs are so much more involved than -let’s say- series 70. And what about all the electronic assistance systems? Is there any way to turn all of that off and still get home from really remote places? Would be great to get a preparation / spares to take video from you!
Well hopefully good news, I'm heading to the Cape in July, and as well as a big 'how-to' feature, there will be a bunch of setup type vids to go with. Stay tuned ;)

@VideoShowMeHow Awsome mate works good but once done I've noticed auto drivers side window doesn't work anymore. Did you have this problem
Might need to recalibrate it, use this guide:
The calibration is super easy, and can be done under a minute following the steps below:
1. Start your engine to get it in running mode.
2. Press the power window switch FRHS to have the glass totally down, then continue to hold for 10 seconds.
3. Pull the power window switch FRHS to have the glass totallyup, then continue to hold for 10 seconds.
4. Finally, test the One-Touch function to see if it is working well.

That's weird, have completed this procedure a few times after I've had the battery disconnected and works ok. Maybe disconnect your battery again? Do you have any modules for the windows?
Is your AC display clear white and the camera colour saturation is making it look green or have you adjusted that, never know with you 😂
Haha no it is white, I think just the polorised lens filters is making it look a bit odd

No issues so far? Works just like the vid...
Andrew can you please elaborate on these supposed issues? Of course opposition will always say there will be issues.
