Louis, when he is on, is hands down one of the best comedians of all time. It's hard to top Carlin, so let's not even try. Aside from Carlin and Bill Burr, Louis is stunningly real and hilarious. Louis is like the "California Gold Rush." Sure, there was a ton of drama and problems with the era, but the end result was fucking Gold!

Never agreed so much. Those three occupy the same region in my mind, scathingly critical but comical observation of society. Carlin is a legend and he was a brilliant mind as any even late into his career. Bill Burr feels more wholesome and likable but peak Louis was second to none, had me laughing in some dark times.
