Yes I agree, you are a Queen!
You should try bantu knots and pick it out. Then get a satin or silk scarf lay it on top of your fro and pat gently to make it more even in spots that are longer or shorter

Beautiful afro ! But I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT USE A DENMAN ON MY FINE HAIR! Those things rip my hair out. If I used mine like you did, the brush would be full of destroyed broken hair. I got one years ago & tried removing rows & teeth & it still ripped out my hair...just a little less of it. I'll stick to my Tangle Teezer !
