I had a similar issue with my egr. I would go to pull away from traffic lights or a junction and no throttle input at all... I disconnected the egr one day and it never had the problem again. Plugged it in incase it was a fluke and it had the problem almost instantly. No more egr for me 👌 My car also lost the 3k rpm limit without the egr
I wish you were around 5 years ago Luis - This exact problem cost me £2k as the garage diagnosed bad injectors! Which they continued to destroy the head getting them out. 😫

Слава богу я знал такого мастера работающего в обычном гаражном обществе, подсоединил комп и сказал что замыкание в цепи MAF,датчик под замену но предупредил поупать нужно только оригинал не в коем случае не бывший в употреблении потому что к нему часто приезжают с этой проблемой, датчик новый а не работает.Купил оригинал поставил и порядок ошибку снял педалями. На прошлой неделе выскочила эта же ошибка, снял MAF продул воздухом почистил ватной палочкой смоченной изопропиловым спиртом и всё заработало на видимой части был чёрный налёт. Ошибку снял педалями. Добавлю что в такой двигатель как у нас нужно заливать хорошее дорогое масло типа Likwi molli 5w-40 а самое главное заправлять в бак хороший проверенный дизель и будет всё в порядке.
I have maf issue have p100 and p110 codes , if I remove the sensor plug it throws up another p100. Told the van needs ecu as replaced with known working maf sensors but no joy, the van states constantly on diagnostic a minus 40 degree temperature when it’s actually near +20 degrees, told it’s an ecu issue and the wiring is fine, code displays short to +12v on both codes, electrician checked all and even maf unplugged the air temp stayed the same, when I click on air flow voltage air temp voltage it’s all normal

My 2 cents. Do not neglect a good online search. For Peugeot /Citroen there's some nice "stuff" available. Technical or otherwise. As mentioned service box is a good place to start. ;-)
Even without checking the air filter. With the MAF disconnected the engine run almost normal. Since the MAF on, MAF off produce different results, that automatically exclude the air filter and pipes connecting to it. ;-) Cheers
If you depress the clutch and then take foot off it'll rev all the way. The ECU needs a positive on off for its first check. Maf was definitely dead....

I wanted to check the harness .there is socket with 4 wires.the sensor has 5 port connection. how do i check if the new sensor out off car with multimeter .thank you.also in harness there is 12volt and 5 volt.one ground and another one.not sure probable ground for the 5 volt

@@LMAutoRepairs Changed the maf because i tested it and when i accelerated, the values didnt move, its standing on 3.04 (aspirated air). The new maf is a new one, not original, it's from PIERBURG manufacturer with same codes as the original one.
I have a traffic 2.0 dci 90 hp 2011 The injectors are no longer recognized by the ecu, so that it drives in safe modes and the dashboard indicates serv and the glow plug burns. The injector codes give AAAAAAA on and I can't enter the original I jector codes (it won't accept that) The car does not smoke and runs fine after starting for 30 seconds, although the message on the dashboard has not gone away. I now wonder if you can reprogram the ecu and that I send the ecu to you or if I buy another ecu and mount it. Is it even possible to install a used ecu or do I always need a code? I live in northern Germany so just driving by will be problem Can you advise/help me Greetings koen
Try a different tool... make sure you are entering the correct codes... seen many time people trying to input the wrong codes, which obviously the ecu will reject... 👍👍👍

Notice it has nothing to do with a professional level tool. But you'll have access to the basic error codes and the capacity to read/delete them. Some live data usually can also be accessed. But I reiterate it's not a professional tool. What is unbeatable is the price point of such solution. We're talking less than 50€ all together! ;-) Regarding the glow plugs. Have it sorted ASAP. It's rather cheap considering the alternative... Like a clogged/damaged (read expensive) DPF! LOL 😂

Before any unsupported rant exercise. I truly advise you to look at a few photos of major cities in the late 60's and 70's. Covered and totally dominated by smog. While realizing people were living in those conditions DAILY! Check and compare the values of emissions of a vehicle of that era. Check and compare the consumption. Check and compare the power output...etc. Surprising or not there's a lot more to see. But that alone will give you the overall "feeling" of how much things changed. Than the "nasty" gov. mandated exhaust cat. EGR, DPF, MAF and the vast etc. that we can find in a modern vehicle don't seem so bad anymore! Cheers PS: BTW it's worth a small clarification the gov's don't mandate the equipment itself. What is mandated is the admissible emissions values. Manufacturers have to come up with the "solutions" to comply with the mandated values. ;-)

PS: BTW it's worth a small clarification the gov's don't mandate the equipment itself. What is mandated is the admissible emissions values. Manufacturers have to come up with the "solutions" to comply with the mandated values. ;-)

1-emissions: better now by a long shot BUT they CONTINUE on putting more and more lipstick on the pig, VERY expensive, the time to stop that polishing of a turn has passed already,yet the Greenpishers are relentless,with the gutless GOVs following that new religion, and improving on it!
2- consumption: about the same, but in A LOT of cases,worse,because of 3: ( more power,MORE consumption; a Veyron's HUGE fuel tanks will run DRY in only 16 minutes at full speed of 400 kph!!
3- power: STUPIDLY made cars!!!!!!!!!!!! 200 hp from 2000cc engines, meaning they are race engines with plates; very UNPLEASANT to drive because of shitty torque before the STUPID turbos spool up ; fuel consumption is bad at slow speeds because of that; and 300, and 4 and 500 hp to drive the speed limit and to go around the corner get some groceries ?!; and HUGE and heavy cars and trucks just for status?! environment?! totally OUT OF CONTROL, nobody REALLY gives 2 shites about the environment,ONLY about being re-elected; if they did, they would mandate that when turbo cars were made , an EQUAL amount on NON TURBO needed to be built also; except in Germany,where that needed to be way less than 50pct, because they have 12000 kms of highways with NO speed limit; 300 kph is ok there,and you NEED turbos for racing and SPEED (and towing,etc),but NEVER for a daily driver!!
Vw for instance (all others too!) state that with so much GOV mandated shite , this shite costs now more than the engine itself and horrendly increases prices, complexity,breakdowns,lots of EXPENSIVE parts replacements etc; the warnings are out, but they are falling on deaf ears, the Greenpisserpushers Al Gore followers are in command now, GOVs don´t know shit fron shinola, it's a whole new religion going on until all our faces,and feces, come out green.
