Nice!!!! If you are going to still be in Puerto Rico this week , try to come to the town of Arecibo or Barceloneta its going to be suuuuper good this days (From wednesday to saturday), the swell is going to hit perfect for those spots on the North Shore, from Dorado all the way to Isabela ! Its going to be fun, can't wait !

I just saw your video here. I know that area pretty well. I was there in December when it was small glad you caught it without the wind blowing from the north or the east in December. It gets very windy and chops everything up especially being in the Isabella area, or anywhere on that north coast you caught it nice clean.
Thank you for watching buddy! I did get lucky with the wind most of the trip however it was raining for 2-3 days nonstop. It didn't stop me from surfing though. At least you have some spot with wind protection to have a little bit manageable conditions. Cheers!

Hey! It's called Soloshot3 optic25.. but it can turn into SoloSHIT when it's not working. Some days it starts acting up and I just wanna throw it out of the window. If you ever decide to get one., I would recommend going to eBay and purchase a used one. At this point you would still be able to get a refund if they send you a lemon. You just need to have more patience with this thing to dial the setup. Hope this helps.

Hey buddy! No, I sold it a while ago. I haven't seen anyone selling it on CL or FB Marketplace. I guess they hold onto it. Even it doesn't have the best glass job, it's a fun twin fin!!!
Where would you recommend to stay n surf for first time surf trip to PR?
I personally love staying in Aguadilla. There are plenty of surf spots nearby. If you are more on a beginner level, I would suggest going to Playa Jobos. It has an inside wave that is very friendly to ride a white water. You can even get a surf lesson right at the beach. Hope this helps!

Which city are you staying in? I will be going to PR at the end of March and I am still in doubt where I will stay!
I was staying in Aguadilla. If you are looking for more night life and fellow Americans, then go to Rincon.. if you want to just surf with less people and then stay in Aguadilla.. but it does get ultra crowded during holidays and weekends everywhere though.
PS - do we get a part two when the waves turn on?
I hope so, my MacBook broke down after I came back and it's being repaired by Apple. Hope I can edit the second part soon. Unfortunately, the wind wasn't doing well for the North Coast and I had to find a shelter with less size which was fine by me. I got so many reps to work on my turns. Stay tuned!
