I've had the Inspire 3 for about 3 weeks and I can say at this point that its sleep data is crap. Twice during the past week, the first two hours of my sleep (which is the most deep and about which I have no doubt that I'm asleep, probably in deep sleep) are just completely ignored by the device. I'm early to bed, early to rise, usually asleep by 8:30. 9:00 at the latest. Up by 4:30 or 5:00. My deepest sleep is between 9 and midnight. Both times the device dropped time from my sleep data, it said that I started sleeping at 11:30! So if one of the reasons you're buying this device is for sleep tracking data, consider another device instead.
With the Inspire 3 connected to the charge cable and powered up, all I am getting is battery is charged and does not show ready to download Fitbit ap. With Inspire disconnected from the charge cable, it displays "down the Fitbit ap" and does not respond to the phone. We have tried multiple times and nothing. I do have a Fitbit free account I used with the older Charge 4 and that suddenly quit working. Any ideas on this problem?
