You did a very good job with the tutorial, but it didn't answer my questions. Am I able to set up and edit silent alarms on the mobile app or desktop app? Also, how do you change your daily steps goal to a different number?

Sort of like the Apple Watch, always on display doesn’t show you much. I like to see the current live heart rate… timer/stopwatch still moving and so on.

Thanks, I just got my Inspire 3 today and this was super helpful! Quick question, do I have to have bluetooth and location turned on in order to track my sleep?
If I want to do water aerobics and wear my FitBit Inspire 3, what do I have to do to record "steps" during this exercise and keep the system free of the water?
Can it track steps when elevated walking up hill or on stair master?
I'll never understand why Fitbit won't allow Spo2 spot checks.
I don't understand it either, many other smartwatches let you take an Sp02 reading on the spot

Does it track jump rope? Is the only exercise I do and my inspire 2 track it as swim most of the time 😒… im only interested in this one if it track that
It doesn't have a jump rope exercise in the exercise shortcuts, but you can use the "Workout" exercise shortcut to track jumping rope and then rename the activity to jumping rope later. I slept w my new Inspire 3 last night and still no Spo2 reading. I have a premium account. The Spo2 tracking is the main reason I got this one. The band is snug on my wrist. Why isn't this function working?
I just got the Infusion 3. I set up the app to switch to the infusion 3. When I go to charge it, I do not see the fitbit icon, plus it will not connect to the fitbit app. I plugged it in overnight and nothing. When I double tap the screen, nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong?
I will not sync with the app on my phone??
I can't get the Fitbit 3 to stop being on the "clipped on body" mode. A few of the modes don't work with it on the setting. Grrr

I don't know why the actual display area is so small. looks absurd.
For a fitness tracker, I think its a decent use of the space. I do think they could've increased the usable screen size in the unit because you can see the screen border has fat edges going around it. Not sure why they couldn't take the screen all the way to the edge.
Maybe they think let their customers do not busy with the screen, let them go & and exercise maybe their goal 😀@@TinkerForward

This thing is trash. It's too fragile. If you sweat to hard it acts crazy, the side buttons don't work. If you try to cover it so the sweat doesn't get in the main unit it can't read biometrics.
For $112 it is a worthless POS.
