got one myself. the watch actually feels great on the wrist. Just got to watch out for its QC and buy from Tissot retailers themselves. I bought mine, and in a couple of hours the chrono buttons fell off. Thankfully I got the warranty card, so they fix it all up even sending it back to the factory. Hence its important to get Tissot from retail shops
42mm might not have been too big. But then it’s really thick. They basically built the case to fit the movement that’s affordable. Then add the integrated bracelet which makes it look even bigger. Effective lug to lug is also huge. So it’s looking bigger on the wrist than 42mm.
My everyday watch. Puts a smile on my face every time I look at. I just wish Tissot/Swatch made a rubber strap for it so we don’t have to pay 180 dollars to get after market strap that doesn't even fit all the day.
Chrono watches use Swiss movement are usually thick, especially if it features auto winding and date functions. But Tissot should try to reduce the height to 13~14mm. Price is cheap compares to other Swiss brand chronograph .
I wiould save a little bit more money and get the FC High Life chronograph it comes with three integrated straps a better finished case movement, it just more refined overall. But the Tissot does look good.
It’s not that big, there seems to be a trend in the watch community that modestly sized men’s watches like this are “gigantic.” Not everyone has dainty wrists, I’d say this watch looks great on an average men’s wrist. Dial wise it’s quite average, it’s a bit on the thick size and overall is only a slightly large watch at best.
I own it. I have the panda with the gold hands/markers My favorite watch in my collection and favorite watch I’ve ever owned. I also own the prx 80 auto in blue, gentlemen’s and the prc 200 quartz with the yellow hands. Tissot is by far my favorite watch brand because their watches are properly priced for what you’re getting whereas the other high end luxury watches are not. I’ve owned Rolexes and yes, they make a better watch but it’s definitely not worth the extra money you’re paying for it. All you’re paying for is the name.
I think prx chrono is more comparable with maurice lacroix aikon chrono. The design ethos is in the gerald genta esque design philosophy. Movement is also valjoux albiet a different iteration. Just that for some reason the aikon is over 3k.
The powermatic 80 movement sucks tho! You have to replace the movement when it’s due for service… smart for Tissot (and every greedy SOB company nowadays) cos they’re all too willing to sell you another watch. #plannedobsolescence
abaolutely NOT worth the price 😂 you can get an Omega speedmaster reduced for 1,8-2 grand.. and omega speedmaster moonwatch for 4-5k ... 1,7k for a Tissot is just mad at this point...
I was looking for this comment. Why on Earth would anybody pay that amount for a Tissot when you can purchase second hand Omegas, Breitlings, TAGs in that range.

1750 and the chrono buttons fell off. Are you kidding me.
@@seavee2190 for real.. But now it's working just fine though. That's great I suppose
The buttons dont fall off a $15 casio
Do the side buttons click really hard and audibly?
Looks great just gigantic
I dont see how people say 40mm is gigantic, anything above 45 is huge and 41+ is just for big wrists but 40 is normal
I have tiny wrists but she fits well and wears comfortably.
get a women's watch? it's only 42mm for chrissakes!
Hit the gym. Real man has bigger arms and wrist, son
I've only 7.5 inch wrist and it doesn't look big at all, the lug to lug I believe is only 48 mm. Less than 2 grand for a Swiss made chronograph!
Wish Tissot does a 37mm PRX Chrono
Not possible...
whats your wrist size btw
Maybe they make one just for you 🦋 🦄
@@XxxXxx-yh5gzprobably 2 inches
Looks gorgeous. I wish they made one a tad bit smaller for my size wrists
Theres a 35mm version.
They just launched the 35mm automatic
That’s not chrono tho
Stop being a coward and do some super sets of wrist-ups.
Prx Chrono white panda is a stunner

I have both Powermatic 80 green dial & blue panda chronograph 🌞
Bro pls help me and tell me which one do you use more? You like the Chronograph one more or the standard one?
Same
I've got powermatic 80 in green and silver prx chronograph, love both but wear prx most of the time.
What I think is Breitling makes its own movements and you didn't mention that.
I got the Tissot Seastar 1000 chronograph, and it's amazing. It looks amazing, feels amazing, and is an overall amazing watch, lol

Many places have them for around $1200-1400 now. Always let the original hype die down. 😁
Lmao such a liar. I bet you can’t even post 1 link for that price.
That's grey market. MSRP from an AD is still $1700ish
They have done started too shoot way up now
Bought one on Wednesday £400 discount. Shy of £1300 i paid.
Looks awesome. Going to grab one
🔥🔥 I need one
I love it but I can't buy it because I have fairly small wrists.
Hey I’m looking to get my first watch under $400 I would like black to be on the watch what should I buy
Prx quartz black retail is 375

Is it a plastic movement like the PRX?
Nope, actually a high end movement running at 28,800 bph! No plastic like the standard PRX.
Love it!

Amazing designed but i cannot afford it
One of my favourites. I find it weird how you wear watches. So close to your hand.
They getting closer $1,800 now 😅
Don't see the value for a Tissot at $1700
Idk I'll have to see it in person and put it on, didn't look good on the videos
It wears large. Def try on if considering.
@@ramseyzahlan thanks, I'll do that👍🏼

It's too much
PRX chrono - looks and movement are really, but the Tissot brand/market position does not justify a $1750 price tag.
