In this video we see how to use sharepoint migration tool to move data from server shares to one drive. We do a demo where we move users documents folder redirected from server share to one drive using KFM and see what happens to data which user modifies offline and not synched to server share before migration.

Hello Thanks again for a great informative video, I have a question you example only one folder was on the server, in a case where all three folders are on a share do you need to migrate each folder separately with a task in SharePoint migration manager?

You don't have to move the redirected folders back to the local PC. In fact, that is against the MS recommendation. You should remove redirection but with the option to leave files on the server, and then do KFM.

This is correct - Only issue is that if you run SPMT/Mig Mgr and then remove Redirect and then run KFM it still creates duplicate copied files unfortunately

Whats the best way to get allthe information for the CSV. lets say i have 50 users, whats the most efficient way to get all the info into the CSV?
