With limit access they can preview docs but cannot download, print or sync files, also won't be able to access content through apps, including desktop apps

We have just enable the block from unmanaged devices policy from SharePoint admin center but still it block access to Onedrive app sync on Intune Enrolled Compliance device.. Can you help me on this pls..

I would say use powershell scripting to get all urls in a variable and then disable access using foreach loop.
Run script as a scheduled task.
