On the emblem, I think is a timing issue. My expertise is somewhat limited to Primeras, but I think it applies to Nissans in general. Somewhere about 1994-1995 they updated a lot of the cars. P10 became P11 (in japan), B13 became B14, R32 became R33, etc. The older chassis all have the emblem with the simpler design, round circle with a rectangle on top. The newer cars, the circle isn't quite round, and the rectangle isn't quite square and the intersection between the two is smoothed out with a little bit of fillet in the previously sharp corner. Some of the older cars that bridged the gap got minor revisions as well with the updated emblem styling.
e.g. The Primera in Japan, was sold from 90-95. In 1995 they started making the P11. Also in 1995, Autech sold a special version of the P10 Primera, with a new front grill that has the new logo.
Europe also got a version of that Autech grill except with chrome trim as they continued to sell P10s into 1996 before the P11 started production in Europe.
Which one is better? Well in the US we think of s13 being a late 80s early 90s car with the early style emblem but it got cutoff at 94; the s13 type-x they made that until like 1998 so it should probably have the later version.

I purchased a brand new 62890-51F00 all the way back in 2019 to replace the one that broke off the front of my stock bumper... as far as I know that's the same one that came stock on the 1991 240. I still have the one that fell off someplace and the new one is still in the box waiting to go back on one of these bumpers... I'll have to dig them both up and do a comparison to see if they're really the same. Since we like torturing ourselves with the prices of then vs. now, I paid $37.58 for it in 2019 and I thought it was pretty expensive for an emblem back then! It's nearly double that now even with the solid discount you guys have been running!

Also, have you ever looked into any alternatives for 90891-60F00? It is the discontinued rear emblem for the Series 3 180sx. I have a part number in mind that may make for a decent replacement.

nice that the bigger one fills the space better but the smaller one looks much more 90s

Dug out both the new (well... still in the box, anyway!) 62890-51F00 and the original emblem that was on my bumper when it came from the dealer (I'm the original owner so unless the dealer swapped it way back in 1991, it's the original) and they're the same. In fact, you can just barely make out the 62890-51F00 part number along the bottom on the back of the old one through whatever glue they used. So at least the shark nose bumpers in the US used that part at any rate.

I’ve bought a fog lamp from a 98 pathfinder and used the lens and housing and used my original fog bracket on my 92 Sentra with no problem

I have an original 180 x front bumper in my pile of hoarded parts.
The emblem leaves a small gap and doesn't completely fill the indent.
    I'll send you a pic!

To be fair, there's no real way to know if it's the original discontinued emblem on the bumper you have. If you look at the emblem on the 180SX Type X brochure, there is no gap. But at the end of the day, you just need to decide which looks best to you. I personally have never seen an auto manufacturer that has an intentional cap between the indent and the emblem. Including Nissan. Look at the 300ZX emblem from the same time period. No gap.

From looking at old parts catalogs, it looks like the correct front bumper emblem depends on the Series. The Series 2 180sx uses the smaller emblem with less space before the first "N" and after the last "N". The Series 3 180sx came with the larger emblem with more space before the first "N" and after the last "N".

@nissanpartscc Yes, the original part numbers are discounted. However, the two emblems featured in this video do look similar to the original emblems respectively.
